OK Tire

I have been driving across Canada from Vancouver to Toronto and I discovered I had a flat tire from a nail embedded in the rubber. Kelly was a complete gentleman and was able to get me in right away. Once I had the vehicle towed to their facility, they repaired the tire within an hour and Kelly couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. He took what I thought was going to be a nightmare situation and put me at complete ease. Thank you so much for your help, your professionalism, and, especially, your kind heart.

Service here was absolutely fantastic, Kelly and the crew are just amazing!!!Had 4 new tires installed, cost and product quality were outstanding, my wife is exceptionally pleased with them and can't believe what as huge difference they make.This was just an all around wonderful experience and I would highly recommend the OK Tire at 610 Circle Drive to everyone that is looking for tires or any repair work on their vehicle.Thanks guys!!!

Been conversing with the guys there for about a year now, great bunch of guys. Absolutely honest and care about what comes in, and how it leaves. One of the best shops I have had the pleasure of stepping into!

Although I’m long time customer, this is my last time going to this location. I recently took the vehicle in for tires and a few hours later received a call they that they did unannounced “courtesy check” and that the vehicle needed a new air filter. This was odd as I had changed it less than 6 months ago. I refused the service. Once I got the vehicle home I opened the hood to find the moulding over the air filter had not been replaced and was left teetering on the vent. On an Audi that’s probably a $500 replacement part. Luckily it had not fallen off on the ride home. I also double checked the air filter and it was fine - no where close to needing replacement. To top it off less than a week later I noticed the centre cap on the front tire was missing - obviously not reinstalled properly. Lots of red flags when things are left to fall off after refusing an unneeded upsell.

Great shop! Staff is super knowledgeable and helpful, will definitely be back to buy my next set of tires. I went in because of a flat and they were able to patch it, and it's held up incredibly. Also had the oil changed and it was all much less expensive than I had thought it would be!

Whenever I need some help with my car that I can't do myself I go to OK Tire. As a customer I feel treated like family, the job is always well done with a reasonable price. The team there is very friendly and Dustin is super easy to talk to.

Kelly and Dustin are super awesome guys!!I got flat tire in a very cold early morning and I had to go to work and I did not have a lot of time. I was so nervous and frustrated!! I went to OK tire and they get the job done in real no time. Kelly gave me peace of mind which really meant alot to me.The service is exceptional and perfect. Niece from Calgary had just arrived to Saskatoon for a visit. Noticed an issue with one of the tires. Considering that it was a friday, we had difficulty in finding a tire shop to do a repair. But not Ok Tire. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The front staff, Kelly Sage, was superb in handling her issues with the tire and in a timely manner. Definitely will be going back for my own tire purchases in the future.

Great service from Kelly and Dustin. Had an emergency and the guys there did fabulous. Got me in and out in a quick, costly manner. Love going to OK Tire. I get all my aftermarket accessories there as well!
