We’ve eaten at 5 Guys many time over the years. We always look forward to a 5 Guys meal. This time around, we ordered the usual, and much to or surprise the wrapped burgers, three of them, felt much lighter than usual. Once opened we discovered, what seemed to us, much smaller meat parties too. We were very disappointed. I included a 15% tip as I always do, I regret it now. At this point we’re never going back. BTW, the large fries didn’t seem large ether.

Burger was either cold or I took too long to eat it... Wither way it was huge and tasty. And fries.... Wow... Fries were to die for. Usually I dip fries in either chipotle or ketchup but these fries were so juicy and tasty... I did not need any condominiums. And the free peanuts were the tastiest ever... Would come back again and again.

THE BURGERS AND FRIES ARE ALWAYS FRESH, AND HAVE VERY GOOD SPEED OF SERVICE. THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS ENTHUSIASTIC AND WELCOMING. THE BURGERS ARE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING TO LOOK AT, ITS SO MOUTH WATERING. THE CHEESE MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH PERFECTLY, AND ITS FILLING ALL THE FLAVORS. ITS SO DELICIOUSLY YUMMY!! I RECOMMEND 12/10, HAVE A GOOD REST OF YOUR LIFE.

Picked up burgers and fries today. Buns were soggy and inedible, burgers had zero flavour. Not what I expected from 5 guys. Will not go back to them again. McDonald’s wouldn’t serve something like this.

Dirty floors and tables most of the visits there, and parking is limited, that's why the 4 stars. But the staff and fries are great. They have free peanuts while waiting for you order. They are not cheap in condiments and toppings, unlike McDonald's and other big" hamburger fastfood outlets."

Friday July 14th 1230 pmI had a terrible experience at this 5 Guys location. I came for lunch and ordered my food, but all the tables were dirty with grease, ketchup, peanut shells, and other messes. I had to clean my own table before I could sit down. Then I got my burgers, and they were the greasiest burgers I have ever had from 5 Guys. The grease was dripping down my arm so much that it almost reached my armpit. The toppings were also sloppy and careless. I paid a lot for this food, and I'm very angry and disappointed. This location needs to be shut down until they have staff who can do their job properly. There were 6 people in the kitchen, but none of them bothered to clean the place. The franchise owner should be fined or lose their license for letting this happen. I'm going to report this to the better business bureau and the health board, because this is unacceptable. I also want a full refund from 5 Guys for this awful meal. I have been to many other locations, but this one is the worst by far.

Staff was really welcoming and helpful when I went there. The food is worth its price and will definitely be coming back here. Their fries is always fresh and their burgers are always on point. They are very generous with their toppings too. On top of that, will surely come back for their milkshakes!

I usually enjoy a five guys burger but this time was not so good. The burger was broken in pieces in the bun and the toppings were just sloped on. Fries were fine. Hoping it is just an exception or a one off because its usually pretty good
