The quote process was a great experience with Devin. The team members Lucas and Ben arrived on the scheduled date and time to install our alarm package. They were so friendly, professional and knew what they were doing!! They had helped us set up the account on our mobile apps and went through the whole step by step guide. On top of their top notch service, what I really love is Devin will always respond by text if it’s a quick question, there’s never outrageous wait times when calling for assistance, and you actually get a real human.My cameras night vision is excellent quality and it never takes long for a service call. I have ALWAYS had exceptional service from this company. I just wish they had a business in Arizona so we didn’t have to use a big box company down there. We've had our system & camera's for a couple of years, not only has it saved us from being a target for thieves but twice our camera's have caught those responsible for stealing from our neighbors. The customer support we have recieved is always fast & helpful.

So I was being trained on mobile i was on planning you know staying with the company when a static security guard started basically threatening me on the phone while I was being trained with my trainer the guard in question was well. over retirement age after this altercation took place I finished up my last patrols which lasted 3.5 hours I to the shift the owner Devon did not want me to go and leave his company he kept asking me to come back I told. him after 20+ years of doing this kind of work this was another major red flag and I told him that I would be retiring and thank you for your consideration then j text him about 3 or 4 weeks later wondering where my 3.5 hours of paycheck is and not so much as even a reply I thought he was a stand up guy but I guess I was wrong.

We have had Airdrie Alarms for 6 years and they have been nothing short of amazing. Anytime there was an issue it was addressed in a very reasonable time frame. They are there to help trouble shoot quickly. We have had many false alarms with not paying attention and we get a call to check in super quick every time. I am so thankful for Airdrie Alarms.

Hands down the best alarm company we have dealt with. Cheaper than Telus/Vivint etc with much nicer and better equipment.Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient.Overall very satisfied with Airdrie Alarm and would recommend them to anyone.
