Ordered a toasted bagel and a tea. I get to the window. I see the tea made and then she walks over to get the bagel to toast it. I ordered the bagel first as you should do. The food comes first but not there. The Prince Charles location is always very slow. Always have to repeat yourself at the drive-thru. I've been going to that location for quite some time and I still kick myself in the you know what every time I drive in there. It's on my way to work but I think I will go a little bit out of my way and go to another location from now on.

Waited 15 min in the drive through for one coffee. That’s 10 min too long in my opinion. Also when I say that’s everything at the speaker don’t ask me if that’s everything again, makes it seem like you don’t listen to your customers

Staff are polite and friendly. They definitely do not tolerate people abusing their work place which is nice.

Couldn't get this tax attention to get me some freaking service bathroom was absolutely revolting when did they start putting in a needle the sensors in the bathrooms since when did you become socially all right to be a user there were less of them when they were supposed to be ashamed of themselves this is unacceptable last but not least Fair would have been a little bit better if you know it wasn't a sweaty vomiting individual just sitting in the corner being very unpleasant it was so unsettling I couldn't tell if the guy was awake sleeping or just intoxicreely ill

I’ve noticed this place has gone down hill maybe in the past decade or so, I used to go to this Tim Hortons in the 1990's and it was never like the way it is now. It’s probably why I don’t go there much anymore.

Foods just as good as any Tim's not bad not amazing service experience is dependent on which staff is in the one who prepares the meals with glasses and short hair is quite ignorant and rude I usually won't order food when she's there. The atmosphere is what you would except from a Tim's in east welland you definitely don't wanna bring you're kids in

I love coffee and Tim Hortons is the best!!! I've had coffee from other vendors/restaurants but Tim Hortons is the best in my book. LOVE IT!!! I will not purchase coffee from other PLACES.I what a great coffee for my money so that is why I chose Tim Hortons over anyone else!!! I know that you would too!!!

I go here for lunch every now and then. It feels like family, with how good I know the regulars. Some other people may be a bit eh to me, but that's abstract from the place. The staff is friendly and charismatic, so it never is awkward. I definitely recommend this place to anyone moving into the community or anyone who just seeks a casual small meal. Just a note, it may be a bit packed on weekdays 1:05 to 1:35 PM.
