The facility is clean. Needs better machine maintenance - too many out of service. Biggest gripe is you can't use the payment card to get detergent. To make it worse, the detergent dispenser only takes quarters - you'll never go with enough quarters.

Been going here for about a year now, always clean and organize. Owner is nice and always say “hello”. Equipment is well maintained

Was good seemed to be 70 percent clean and organized. Machines worked well. They are on a card system now so need a debit card or credit card to enable you to get the Laundromax card to operate all machines.

Very clean and easy to access with parking right off of number 7 highway.No restroom and you have to pay $2 for rechargeable wash card. $10 for double wash and $3 for 45 minutes drying.

Great laundromat. Finally no more coins needed, i'm using my credit card. Yes, first time you have to purchase a card for a dollar, but then you can use it over and over again, just keep reloading it. It's probably not really convenient for one time users but for most of the local users it works just great. I've seen people putting horse blankets inside even it says you should NOT and the washer was looking terrible after the cycle was finished however next day it was clean again.Once I had an issue with my comforter not spinning properly due to uneven load so I contacted the management and got my refund instantly.I noticed a price increase recently so as my grocery/rent/fuel/insurance/etc.So I guess this is the world we are living in right now...

Did some laundry for the sister in law while in town. Clean facility, good machines. Would have been a 5 but no one called me back about getting a receipt from the machine missing paper.

You need to purchase a payment card, which costs $2. Then you need to load the card. Minimum amount is $10. Costs $5 to wash, and $3 to dry (usually). So now you have a card with $2 remaining. In other words, costs you $4 for an $8 wash&dry. So I left, and went downtown.to the Wee Laundromat behind the Red Fox, which uses coins, and is cheaper.

As a non resident of Perth the card system is terrible. First you have to purchase a card for $1.00. Which isn’t fair. Then add on the laundry amount that you need. I figured I would need $12.00. Thinking the card amount would be added on at the end of the transaction. It wasn’t! I was short by $0.75 . When I went to add the extra on to the card I discovered it starts at $10.00.Not great if your just passing through. Or if your tight on money. I payed it forward and gave the card to another patron. But thought I would mention this as it’s a money grab and should be addressed.

The laundromat is clean and there are lots of machines, however if you forgot soap or dryer sheets you will pay. $1.25/load and you need 5 quarters. Not all dryers are equal. I put the same amount in #14 & #16, same setting heavy duty. #16 dried the load in one go, #14 needed 3 x at $3 a pop. Not happy!!
