We were very impressed with Shannon's product knowledge - and attentiveness during a very busy time at the store. She would rate a 9 out of 10! Thanks, Shannon!Delivery, however was very poor as some type of sticky residue was left on the bedroom floor, very little explanation was offered re care of bed, functions and parts (I had to ask what a 18 plastic device was to be used for? The answer was to tie beds together in needed.Outdoor shoes were covered with plastic bags (which I expressed appreciation for) but then were not removed during in-out trips and thus moisture and gravel were tracked into the house. Steve and Adam were just great. We had 2 mattresses that were for us too hard for our electric beds - they exchanged them happily and we received the new ones which are perfect. Thank you as always Sleep Country -you never disappoint with product, service or delivery,

The purchase experience was very good. The Sales Rep and staff were actually quite great--friendly, helpful and informative. Unfortunately the delivery ended the overall experience negatively and their follow-up service is non-existent, just empty words and promises with no action. Within literally 1 minute of entering our house the delivery people broke a hanging lamp. It happens, and glass did not land on anyone so no one was hurt from the falling glass. The delivery lead filled out a form and we were told someone would reach out to us in a day or two" to get the broken light fixed. 10 days later and no one has reached out to fix the light that was damaged. Unfortunate conclusion

Adam might be the world's best salesmen full stop.So we (my wife and I) went in just to browse as we are in need of a new bed when we move in a few months. He helped us find a bed by asking what we were looking for and showing us all his options. Told us his opinion basically let us try everything in a super low pressure environment. We told him the ones we liked and he went to get check pricing. When he came back he noted one was on an amazing sale so even tho we don't need the bed for 2months we decided to get it at this amazing price.Then he asked if we needed a frame, priced everything out super transparently and we ended up going with the more expensive option as we saved on the mattress and all 3 of us agreed it would match the new room best.Then he told us we could get 15% off sheets. We wanted to shop around a little more so on our bill until we receive this mattress and bed as can still add accessories (sheets, pillows etc) and get the discount. Again this is a high pressure sales move and we will likely be back.Tldr shop here ask for Adam and enjoy a relaxing sales experience with transparent pricing. 5/5

a precipitation of customers is always expected in this store. Altough it can get pretty busy sometimes and hard to navigate and customer clumps can be hard to prune out of its accessible floors. This is one of my favorite stores. their sales go up and with the newness of spring i hope there is something unique for everyone in every store in Canada. I hope it sees a brand new era, committed to eradicate the old infrastructure and start to build a new one and start encrusting it with good values and good customer service foundations that enables their clients to continue pursuing their dreams and their employees to seek work.

We have bought mattresses from the Shawnessy location before and returned tonight to find a suitable pillow for my hubby who has neck and shoulder issues. Rain found him the perfect pillow! Very professional and knowledgeable about the pillows they sell. Thank you Rain!!

Our experience I thought at the time was great however there ended up being a misunderstanding about delivery and taking our old mattress. When I called back to explain they didn’t take away the old mattress they sent the truck back the next day. Although, here is the misunderstanding. He asked for money to take it away. I wasn’t aware of the cost and it wasn’t mentioned at the time of purchase either. So I sent them away only to find out that in fact I will be charged. So when I called them back they basically said it was out of courtesy they even came back to begin with so they will not return.Sleep country sales and delivery really need to be sure they are up front and explain each cost if there is one associated with it.I feel punished for the misunderstanding and customers, in my opinion, should never feel like that.Not my best experience.

Do everything you can to go see Scott for all your sleep needs! He was so patient with us and worked within our budget to help is get a healthy sleep. I honestly didn’t know it was possible to know so much about sleep, mattresses, pillows and sheets. Scott knows all the history, all the science and more about everything in store. Im so blown away by his generous nature and thoughtful sales pitch. I will refer everyone I know to go see Scott!

Found exactly what I was looking for with no strain at all thanks to ROB. I've been to several other locations with very unhelpful employees but this visit was surprisingly phenomenal. Needed a firm mattress and a came in with the name of an old one I had. Rob patiently showed me around but gave me space to explore too. I'll definitely return at some point when I'm in the market for another mattress.
