Always had great experiences with the CW Clinic. Quick response time on the phone and easy to set up appointments. Dr. Zaikos has been very helpful over the past year.

Receptionist have to be trained more and learn to speak the language a little bit more clear. It’s already hard enough to call and make a appointment let alone trying to explain to them the reason you’re calling and on top of that they put me on hold one time for 30mins to ask one of the doctors a stupid question even though I had mentioned that I was sent there by another doctor to start my transition… 30mins! Till this very day I still haven’t gotten my appointment because lack of responsibility.

Phenomenally bad service. Receptionist has lied on multiple occasions and proceeded to do so again. Gave false information about appointments leading to charges I had to deal with. She is insanely rude and has openly laughed in my face when I said I was having an anxiety crisis. She told me my email was wrong and that another doctor set up an appointment she wasn't there for and I still have the post it for in MY doctors handwriting.Don't care how good my doctor is. He isn't worth the constant harassment received from the front desk staff.

Great doctor, horrible front desk.The front desk is clearly understaffed, poorly managed, and they squeeze in as many patients as they can creating a low quality front desk experience. I could tell how flustered the front desk was, bouncing from phones, to in-person patients, and other duties. This is a clinic, we're supposed to feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of, and that includes your employees!I had to pay for the first appointment because my red & white health card was expired. Which was totally fine, however the front desk was rude about it. Talking among themselves, one of the staff was aggressively complaining right in front of me. I was taken aback with how aggressive she was when interacting with me. The vibe was so bad, I had a feeling that this was not a clinic to invest in. But when I met my doctor the conversation was so sweet and genuine that I decided to give it another chance.When booking my second appointment I called the clinic four times (on different days), sent an email, and finally they got back to me after I left a voicemail. When the appointment came I was 10 minutes late, which was my fault. I could have at least called to let them know (but really, would they have picked up?). But the front desk was so rude! She told me that there was already another patient waiting, appointments are 15 minutes each, and I can't do a PAP test in three minutes. According to what she said that means there are 4 patients an hour per doctor. Shouldn’t a professional clinic have a window between each patient? And I've always had to wait at the doctors anyway... The way she was talking to me was like she was trying to get me out of the door as soon as possible.I will not be coming back, I do not want to have trouble booking appointments or feel like another annoying patient that’s being squished into a crowded clinic. And to be honest, it looks like the front desk would do better without another patient on their hands.

Dr P and his nurse are amazing! The rest of the staff are very polite and professional. The clinic is always spotless. I couldn’t ask for anything more!

I have been coming to this clinic for a while. They are super efficient and friendly! I would recommend you leave a voicemail if you don't get through when you call, they are great at calling back! Then you are set with your appointment. Lately I have been calling for my appointment over the phone and it's so efficient!! Then getting over for any tests. That being said, I have never in a couple of years even meet my family doctor, Airways the practiocioner who is great, but not a medical doctor. Need to get a real family doctor who can take new patients...

Both the staff and the physician were consistently unresponsive and rude. One might as well be talking to the wall, as nobody seems to have an ounce of empathy. All my referrals were messed up and none of them came through. It is a useless and ineffectual place, a total waste of time.

While the doctors and the pharmacy team are friendly, knowledgeable and understanding.Ever since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, reception has gotten increasingly worse, with having to spell my name SEVERAL TIMES or even worse with somehow having my file confused with another patient there.I used to be able to call them and it was no issue, now as of late it's become increasingly frustrating to deal with reception.While I understand the uncertainty of everything these days, reception with my primary care team should not be one of them!
