Good store to go to. Great selection continuously being updated. The store is kept clean and tidy.Employees are polite and helpful.Well organized, everything is easy to find and well stocked.Would not hesitate to return here for our party supply needs.

Customer service was great but have to say pretty disappointed. Normally purchase my balloon arrangements at dollar store or store in bowmanville. My daughter had been telling me not to get day before as any helium balloons she got from Party City are on the floor next day. Picked up balloon bunch for $35 with tax at 10am Saturday and by 10am Sunday on the ground. Dollar store arrangements lasted for weeks...literally weeks. Hmmm

Was extremely disappointed! Came here on Saturday to pick up balloons for my daughter and my nephews birthdays.I bought the weight for the balloons for a reason. I got them to my house and got them out of the balloon bags that I paid for. They were not attached to the weight and blew away. It was my daughters first birthday and I was so upset. After the $100 I spent on balloons, the least they could do was make sure they were properly attached to the weight. They guaranteed the foil balloons for 24 hours and the latex for 8 but they obviously didn’t even last that! Will not be back!

Customer service was horrible in this store. They also had several items miss priced and would not correct it saying that customers had likely put the items in those locations (there were at least 6 of the same product there, I highly doubt that a customer would move 8 I was trying to buy 2 of the same product to this spot.) and would not price adjust. As well they were rude when we asked for assistance with finding things.I would not recommend going to this location. Not to mention there was not a lot of selection. We did manage to snag a couple of deals from the clearance area but that would have been available at any party city.

Nice store to visit for your kids party needs and small toys. They had a nice collection of Halloween costume . They have lots of candies and balloons as well. Tried their helium balloons once it was ok

I had an amazing experience at this Party City in Whitby. Not only was I well taken care of with my merchandise, the staff were wonderfully kind and honest. I left my cellphone at the cash without knowing it and they let me know when I returned for my balloons. Specifically, Hailey handed me the phone she knew was mine. Also, when I tried to give her a monetary reward, she indicated she appreciated it, but could not take it. I'm so impressed with Hailey's honesty, she deserves a raise and promotion. Thank you Hailey!

Balloon bouquets are great value (~$21) and ours lasted more than three weeks! Friendly and efficient staff, tons of choice. I will definitely go back.
