Peter Fehr Garage (EMR)

Peter was wonderful to deal with. We had tried to use another shop in town but after a full two weeks with our vehicle, nothing was done. Peter had a plan the next day and executed it as quickly as he could. Will continue to use EMR and recommend to others.

The owner is one of a kind. He's genuine, honest, and does a great job. We had a new alternator put in. It was a good price, and he had it done so quickly. I highly recommend coming here if you have any vehicle issues.

You wont get better prices for the quality, and the work is honest. ETA- You will not find a more honest and trustworthy person. Peter is extremely transparent and super helpful every time I go! ETA2- Still the most reliable mechanic around. Such a great reputation and my impression has not waivered in over a decade of going here

This was by far the most amazing service and best priced I have ever encountered at a garage. This this staff was very friendly and helpful helpful and in comparison to another garage in town they were half the price.. Highly recommend

Took my carb there for a rebuild old school 4bbl ochester. Peter did a great job rebuilding it.. Was a great price and very fast service I couldnt be more happy the old 76 grand prix is running like a top. Thanks again peter Mo P. Taaber AB.

Absolutely disappointed in this shops work and service , took my truck in for an inspection truck failed due to no break lights due to a faulty break switch housing , after being informed he would have to charge me more to pull the steering colum and replace the switch which I agreed to pay so the inspection could be complete after a hour of pissing around they come back out and say they cant fix it , and I would have to leave my truck over the weekend I disagreed and said I would go get the piece I need so I went down the road to the wreckers had him get the piece and he put it in within 5 minutes I was back there and isnepection was signed and even the mechanic there asked how did he do that so fast , so why could one mechanic do it in five minutes and not charge me a cent but these guys changed me an extra $60 for nothing and these guys wanted to charge more and more to do the same task and not to mention they left my command start hanging all over the break petal and I got told oh it's not all exactly how it was " what a disgrace

Always great service and a fair price.

I have had many major issues with my vehicles over the last 10 years or so, and each one of them has been repaired by the staff at EMR. A few times they have even been below quoted price! I believe they actually care.They are trustworthy and friendly. I will not bring my vehicle anywhere else.

Not very impressed with the service I had a clunking noise coming from my truck apparently the wheel was loose! I just changed the wheel bearing but I need to find a clip to connect the abs back together! A 20$ part from the junk yard! Not much point in fixing it now as the mechanic took it apon himself to cut the clip off the brand new bearing so he could wire it together! Now he’s ruined the warranty on the bearing and on top of that in order to fix it properly I’ll have to buy another 350$ bearing plus the clip and he only charged me 160$ to wreak my new bearing good idea there guys! Not impressed pretty sure if I wanted a half ass job done I could have done it myself!
