This bullding is amazing and thanks to Patrick how is very kind and very professional and very helpful for all tenents..Also thanks to cleaner Rosana she clean this bullding every day and bullding looks so clean..If I can give 10 stars that will be 10 stars..

Bugs, rats, and building smells really bad. Had a friend come to visit and she gagged from the smell. Wanted to rent from here but won't consider it now.

I lived at 28 Helene for nearly four years and really enjoyed my time there! Not only is the location incredibly convenient, but it’s a very clean, well-maintained building. Patrick is a very friendly and attentive building manager. He did a great job fixing any issues that came up in a timely manner, from stopped sinks to electrical issues.
