Great place - I damaged my Canon R6 and assumed the worst. They managed to fix it in a reasonable amount of time, at a good price. It was certainly better than sending it in to Canon. Very friendly and sent estimates/invoices over email as well, which was nice.

VanCam lol more of VanScam! Took a month to repair my camera and when i came there to pick it up my camera is still broken they want to charge me extra 100$+ because they repaired the lense" which they told me early week that its working perfectly and I said no because they didn't even fixed the main problem i told them!"

Friendly, flexible and fast service, not expensive either! They even stretched their opening hours to finish the repair for my camera for the day because I was leaving the city next day. :)

Came to Vancouver on a short trip and broke my Nikon FA, they were very courteous and fixed my camera with a short turnaround time, before I had to leave Vancouver :)

I dropped my lens and my filter broke and got stuck. Vancam resolved the issue in a matter of less than one hour cutting it out and re-treading the lens which is now good as new. I am really happy with the service and with the work done and I highly recommend this place

I had a lens hood mounted to my 300mm f2.8l and it lost the two screws for the thumb lock. Canon was no help and Vancam was willing to spend the time going through the parts bin to see if they could makes something work. There price was so low I actually paid double as tip to say thank you. A true wealth of knowledge!!

Very helpful - my camera lcd housing was damaged so it took it in for an inspection. Pricing was communicated up front (there is a non-refundable fee for inspection). They then sent me an email with an itemized invoice of the cost to fix. Even though I ended up not using their services (my camera wasn’t worth the repair cost - Canon parts aren’t cheap!), I appreciated their friendliness and candour.
