Listen to this, after being a client for more than 5 years, they're throwing out my mail because I didn't collect in in 30 days. Absolutely a outrageous, like 5 letters in a box which I pay for, monthly and have the audacity to send a long winded email says blah blah in agreement from 5 years ago blah.I would not recommend them to anyone.

Great location, atmosphere, clean, and modern facilities. The Vault is one cool space where there's enough room for work and play (there's mini a golf area and happy hour). Staff are always friendly and helpful. iQ Office Suites has all the basics and then some more in the shared office space environment.

iQ Office Suites is a very beautiful and clean workspace. The staff there are very helpful and plan great events like meditation. There is a bank vault there. That's awesome. The washrooms are well maintained and very comfortable. The space has a certain je ne sais quoi which I cannot muster up the words to describe.

Highly recommend the 250 University location of iQ Offices. The Community Associate, Amy, was super-helpful, made sure I was up to speed on Zoom before my court sessions began, and even suggested a great place close by to pick up lunch! I'd definitely book here again for any Zoom room needs! First class!

One of my favourite places to work. Excellent location just on the downtown. Very friendly stuff who always happy to help you with any issue. Really clean environment as everyone treat it as their home. For me it is one of the best shared offices I have been in Toronto. Very recommended.

IQ Office Suites is a great option for start up companies. It is clean and the staff is very responsive. In addition, they have a basement level (called the Vault because it use to be a bank vault) that has events, food, a television, and is generally a great place to eat lunch. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an office suite or a small desk for an office.

If you are looking for a unique funky event space to host a party or product launch, The Vault is the perfect place. The space is a great size you can use it as it comes or dress it to your requirements. Holding over 200 people the space felt very comfortable for our event. The mystery of walking down to this room and entering an old bank vault just adds to its uniqueness. The staff went all out to accommodate our needs and were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect and easy accessible by public transit. We will definitively be booking the Vault in the future

Daragh has managed to provide an amazing experience from the time I went to visit the location all the way until I until began working. He took the time to answer all of my questions and has above and beyond to ensure my needs were covered. Above of all else, it’s worth mentioning the IQ offices are clean and they have managed to keep social distancing measures in place to allow people to feel safe and not have the added-worry especially throughout this pandemic. Thanks again for providing me a customized solution that fits my needs perfectly (5 stars)
