As far as Timmy's goes this one is pretty good for consistency speed and accuracy. Shorter list of available food options for donuts cookies bagels and croissants

Went in for first time to get a morning coffee and do some work on my laptop.An hour later, the owner walks in and INTERRUPTS me while I’m in a call, telling me that I need to buy something if I want to be there.NEWSFLASH: I did buy something! Should I keep the empty cup on my table and a receipt for proof?Reading other reviews, it looks like you can’t be in there for 2 minutes unless you’re buying something.Owner needs to reconsider the way he treats his customers. I’m a professional software developer and have always enjoyed doing work at Starbucks and Timmies locations across the province. Not a very Canadian spirit from this man. Saddening

The worst service I’ve ever received. 3 of my friends and I walked in and sat down, immediately a swarm of old hags bombarded us asking us if we were purchasing something. We said yes and we were just deciding what to get. So I, being rushed into buying food got up and bought a strawberry creamy chill and a bagel, which was around $7.50. So I was a customer who was minding their business. The cashiers’ attitude were disgusting and no customer service worker should ever act like that. They asked me once again, “you’re not the only one buying anything right?” If I were to be the only one to purchase anything we would’ve been kicked out. We were given a 10 minute limit of sitting in the restaurant. This is ridiculous You’re literally being paid to serve customers and get paid minimum wage so I’m expecting minimum effort. I’m in awe that people are so careless when it comes to their jobs. I even said thank you after the attitude I was given, and I did not get any acknowledgment. Do better.

Was delicious. They made my wife's maple bacon farmers wrap fresh and hot and just the way she likes it. My long john doughnut had real whipped cream in it (perfect!) and my french vanilla was also delicious. Servicewas polite, quick and frie dly. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. Thank you for the perfect visit. Unfortunately I did not take pictures of the food this time.

This review is for your staff supervisor CarolineWe've been coming too this Tim Hortons for quite a while and she is always so friendly and always remembers our order.We really just have to say hi and she knows it's us at the drive thru.Also daytime lady ( Jenn ) also super friendly and always knows I want sleeves and a tray once I get up front to pay.Always very nice!

Came in around 7pm, waiting for my bus. A new employee took my order, I forgot their name but a fuller guy who’s name tag said In Training. I had a bit of a tedious drink order but he made it quickly and tasted perfect. I hope he catches on quick and does well here.Wifi and chargers at tables work just fine, my table was a bit messy with crumbs but it didn’t hurt me.
