Shisha was decent and they have a pool table. No food. No drinks. One washroom was clogged and the other had a door that didn't lock. Overall there are more comfortable shisha places in Toronto.

We were in town for a couple weeks and upon recommendations from friends, we came to Pure. Not Only do they have great customer service, the owners, especially Bana, know their craft and can hook you up with the best shisha in town. The place plays good music, and let customers choose music if they so need. I would recommend this hookah place thousand percent.
