My Dad and I went here as our last visit together before I went back to the US. Our pizza was excellent, promptly served, and our server Natalie gave us top notch service. She went above and beyond to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed, and was always friendly and upbeat, without interfering with our special time together. The patio was a really bright, cheery, and airy place to enjoy food and conversation. Ask for Natalie of she’s on shift!

Poor service, food took a long time. When it finally came pizza was chewy and not hot and fresh from oven which clearly has been sitting for awhile. Same goes for my wife's sandwich which came after the pizza. Had to flag down waitress several times to get utensils, dipping sauce, water and status update on our food.

Initially they asked us to wait for 20 minutes for which we agreed. Later on the server came back to inform us that it would take more then that. I understand they were short staffed (as told by server) but if they would have told us before that they would not be able to give us a table, we would have left then instead of wasting our time. Also, they told us that the patios were full which was not true. We expected better service from management.

i had a really bad experience here a few weeks ago with my family. i’ve been here many times before, but this last experience was really disappointing. my family came to celebrate a graduation and first, one of our dishes took an extra ~20-30 minutes to be brought out. we were all waiting and our dishes got cold, since it’s impolite to eat if everyone at the table hasn’t gotten their food yet. then, the steak we ordered as medium rare came well done… how is that even possible? our server, bridgette, if i remember correctly, comped us for the steak and the other dish, but she only checked on our table once. i understand that serving is difficult and mistakes happen because i’m a server too, but she should have checked up on us a few more times, especially since we were a big group. neither our server or the food runners apologized for how long the dish took to come out, nor did they explain in advance that the food would take a few more minutes. plus, when the food came out, it was cold…. which i presume means that someone forgot to run the food. i don’t think we’ll be coming back here again, sorry.

I come here pretty often during night hours for the bar and some good late food. I’m never asked for ID. But for some reason last night we were approached after our server who clearly was the only one working gave me a drink, another sever came up to me asking for ID in a weird manner. And completely just ruined what used to be our night spot. I’m a server as well. And even when asking for ID, it’s done in a genuine proper manner. So who ever was working that day. Please be aware of your tone and your approach especially to people who constantly support the business

Aside from a bumpy start with some dirty glassware the rest of the evening went without a hitch. The staff were helpful if spread a little thin, and would get whatever you needed if you were able to flag someone down.The Bandera bread was pretty good. The sauce is what makes it special.

If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. We had 4 people, 3 of us ordered pizza (which was good) and wings, 1 ordered chicken parmigiana. The wings were cold, the chicken parmigiana was cold, 1 person waited forever to get one of their drinks because they were changing the keg, then while waiting for their second drink they had to eat their entire meal without anything to drink and it finally came when they were done eating. Just spoke to the same person and they said they were up all night with diarrhea (must have been due to the cold chicken wings we were served). Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, it was my first time going here and I will never step foot in this place ever again and I’m never one to complain about restaurants. Paid almost $180 plus tax and tip to eat cold food and have 1 person with a possible case of food poisoning.

Amazing, as much as they were short staffed we didn't feel the lack of attention. From London, Ema and McKenzie we had a awesome experience. Food was quick to come and very tasty. A great value and loved the great personality of McKenzie. Keep it up. We'll see you guys soon.
