We purchased hot tub at Costco.ca the delivery is curbside so we needed a crane to relocate from driveway to back yard. One phone call, several text message with some details about the location and our hot tub is in place. The experience was great, customer service top notch, everything was done in professional manner, no stress no damage really rare novadays. I'm happy that I call Apex!!! And certainly will do again.
