Great place to buy a bike. There were a few issues that occurred before I got the bike and the employees were sure to make sure that when I got the bike the issues had been resolved (in my case it was a faulty spring/shock that would click when loaded). I recommend you check out this shop if you want to get into mountain biking, or even if you already into it, you'll be pretty happy with the service and bike quality here.Also, shout out to Steve (the MVP employee for me) who helped me out on several occasions.

Bought my bike from here in 2020. I haven’t needed to change tires or fix the brakes. The shop is really nice too and the employees are really knowledgeable and friendly. One downside is sometimes it is hard to spot when your going there.

The place could use a fresh coat of paint or something to spruce it up a little, but the British guy was really helpful. First time I was in he walked me through things. I had to think on it a while, but have no regrets on paying the extra for a proper bike. Glad they have a useful website now.

Excellent service from both the floor staff as well as the mechanics! They made my Trek bike feel like it just came out of the factory, and the price came under what was originally estimated! Would highly recommend.

I bought my bike from here back in 2016 and just came back recently for a total overhaul. I gave the staff a budget and they came under my expected price. It's hard to find an honest business these days.Even though it's a 60km round trip to bring my bike here, I would not hesitate to give these guys my business again. Thank you to Sean for a good purchase experience of my bike and Steve for all the technical know how and explanation on how to treat my suspension properly.

Shout out to Steve and the entire Rocky Cycle Team!I was after a particular bike in particular build and Steve was able to source me one. Not only did the bike show up a week early, they got it built up and setup for me at lightning speed.When I went to pickup the bike, I was immediately greeted by a friendly staffer who happens to ride the same bike as my new one, I knew I made the right choice when I head that.Thanks again guys, can't wait to shop more.

As I have a custom bmx, rocky cycles unfortunately doesn't carry my rear rim. However I was helped immediately within the first minute I walked in the store and was told I could find one or upgrade. As I'm looking to restore my bike I will search for the rim.Also I can't lie I read alot of the bad reviews before going into the shop and was expecting the worst but it's still a good shop for bicycles and repairs.

I recently purchased a bike out of province and had a great customer experience from the gang at Rocky. I found the bike for a lower price a few days after I had purchased and they were able to match the lower price even though the bike had already shipped. The bike was well packed and arrived without any damages. Great team - I'd definitely shop here again.

Incredibly friendly and professional service. I had a stuck seat post from hell and these guys, with a lot of patience and effort, was able to get it out. They quoted me a fair price and honoured it, despite the extra amount of hours it took. I wanted to tip them but they suggested I save the money to get a new seat post.
