we went there today, the waiter was alone and it was very busy for a Monday he said. we were not in a hurry and sat on the terrasse which had lovely view and the waiter was very nice and apologetic for the wait :) the food was also very good! the reason for the 3 is the 2 specials (that we took) the fish and chip tasted a bit like it came out of a box and the ´lobster’ & shrimp poutine as advertised was actual fake crab & 3 shrimps :/ it tasted good i just dont like the fake advertising of lobster (& price markup).

We had lunch there. The food was good and the staff was very kind with us. The price, by the way, was a bit high. Because the staff was kind, we decided to leave 3.30$ tips. Always kindly, they make us noticing that we should have left 9$ tips. We kindly said goodbye. Apart of this, it was a good lunch.

The owners were extremely friendly and very helpful. The inn was very quaint and charming. Our room was a very good size for 2 adults and 2 children. We were given a room with bunk beds and the kids loved it! A beautiful view from the terrace at the back at sunrise or sunset. The continental breakfast included was far beyond our expectations. Fresh croissants, strawberries from the island, home-made jams, eggs and bacon, toasts and all you can drink coffee. I've never seen such a complete continental breakfast. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend it to others.

We stayed at the inn for one night, two rooms with river view.The rooms are really clean and cosy, we all enjoyed our stay a lot.The room was a bit cold at night and we could not find the heater control, but the extra blankets provided did the trick.The most amazing part of the inn is the staff! Even though they were a bit understaffed because of post-covid issues, they were all very friendly and efficient. They made our stay a delight.We also had a few cocktails and dinner at the inn restaurant and everything was great. The included breakfast was also very nice and good.Overall, everything was way above our expectations for an inn and we will definitely come back again!

A really lovely terrace with a great view. Even though our order wasn't usual (vegan), the kitchen adapted very well and our waiter, Paul, was excellent! Thank you again, we will definitely be back.

I've had a good meal. They offer all the Quebec classics and terroir kind of food. There is a good selection of craft beer. Service was nice. A tiny bit expensive for what it is but the environment worth it. Especially if you sit on the terasse; great view of the river.

Food was good albeit not excellent, prices were OK and service was friendly and quick. The main attractions of this restaurant is certainly its patio with an amazing view on the St. Lawrence/Mont-St-Anne, and its homemade ice creams which are worth a try.

I wouldn't have given this hotel more than 3 stars if it wasn't for the people who work there. Everyone I encountered during my stay was amazing and professional and made my experience memorable. Everything else about this hotel - nothing to write home about.My room was clean, and decor was really neat (I gotta give them that). The problem was that, when I checked in, it was chilly in the room and when I tried turning up the heat, I discovered that the thermostat on the wall was just for show and didn't do anything. It took the staff about an hour to try to resolve the problem by attempting to get the furnace in the basement going, but they couldn't do it. In the end, they just brough me an old electrical heater and asked me to try not to burn the place down. :)I also had to skip the morning shower because it made so much noise that I was afraid I was going to wake all the guests up.The restaurant was just OK. I ordered a smoked meat pizza and a small poutine. The pizza was a bit disappointing. It was slathered with mayonnaise with just a sprinkling of smoked meat shavings. The poutine was good though.Anyway, here's the verdict. I certainly won't boycott this hotel. Although it's not without flaws, it's really not a bad place to spend a night, but it's definitely not going on my top 5" list of hotels on Île d'Orléans."

My wife and I stopped for lunch. Breezy day but nice enough to sit on their deck and look across the river. Excellent service by English-speaking waitress. Good croque Monsieur for me and club sandwich for my wife. I would go there often if I lived on the isle.
