Overall a pretty good place. I've tried both their woks and chubbs, but for me it's their chubb menu that really hits the spot.The sub/hoagie has a really airy mouthfeel and is very light on the stomach, yet just big enough to satisfy a hungry stomach. In my opinion it's way better than the similarly gourmet sandwich place Firehouse". Interestingly enough

An amazing place with really nice service and great food. I ordered pad Thai based on the owner’s suggestion and it was delicious. They know their food well and can suggest various options based on your taste. The ambiance and the vibe of the Wok Box and Chubbs are great and the selection of music by the owner was also quite upbeat too. A must-go place if you want to eat Asian food with multiple tasty options. At least I will have this place on my speed dial whenever I visit Kitchener.

Tried the Tokyo beef poutine. Good flavour. Only downside was the poutine was a bit dry and more than half of my poutine had no sauce so it was just fries. Didn’t seem like poutine cheese curds. Also didn’t taste or see any regular poutine gravy. Definitely seemed like it wasn’t a proper poutine by not having true cheese curds (the cheese seemed like melted cuts of a cheese block) and not having gravy. Bit pricy but also more gourmet. Would maybe come back but I would like to see poutines with poutine gravy and poutine cheese curds at a minimum if something is labelled as a poutine

Usually go to the London location so was happy Waterloo got one! The girl at the front/cashier was a sweetheart and even followed up when there was a bit of confusion. Food was delicious and service was fast. Ordered a Sumo (Sweet Mongolian) and a half portion, which the half portion (Pad Thai) was still more than enough for a “light lunch”. Will definitely be returning◡̈

I was there on the day of opening. It was the most delicious experience. First of all you will be warmly welcomed by the owner Mr Prithviraj. He guided us through each item on menu we asked for. We ordered Singapore Cashew, Kung Pao, etc and it was so delicious journey. I will definitely return with my foodie friends to try his chubbs menu. I asked my few KWC friends to try out and they liked the chubbs menu a lot. It is definitely a 5 star from me.
