I was having an absolute terrible experience online with Toys R US when trying to place an order. Tried chatting in with customer support after 40 minutes and no resolution (and them abruptly ending my chat then sending me an email saying sorry and asking if I needed any help to email them back) I was ready to give up and order from Amazon instead.As a last resort I tried calling the store to see if they could help me get my order place. I spoke with a very nice girl (sorry didn't get her name) from customer service who told me she'd have her manager call me back. Fernando called me back within less than 10 minutes of my call and we had everything resolved within the hour. He kept me wel linformed throughout the whole process and was very kind/understanding. I can honestly say he changed my entire experience with Toys R Us and I'm VERY grateful for him!Thank you sooo much for all your help.

The last time I came here, I had a lovely experience at this store, that I have found myself still thinking about it! This cashier Megha helped me out so much and signed me up with the R club. Great customer service and the process was smooth and quick without errors! Will definitely be returning soon.

Came in to buy my nephew a birthday present, Jonathan provided phenomenal customer support, extremely kind and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Store was neat and organized and staff is empathetic!

Thank you so much for having someone who could speak both Cantonese and Mandarin help us with finding the right Lego brick sets. We are visitors, my partner speaks one of those languages and I speak the other. We had two sets in mind and were undecided which one to pick. Helen suggested us get the one that was more than $50. The store still had some $10 saving cards available, and the cashier would give us the coupon if the Lego purchase is $50 or more. If we decided to buy another set later on, we could redeem the $10 saving card for the second set before the end of November. Thanks for the suggestion!

Poor service from the cashier lady Megha. Did not provide help in explaining the price and how discount is applied, rushing us out of the line when we are trying to put our credit card back to our wallet. In addition, not well train to use their system for transactions. Did not meet our expectation of ToyRus friendly customer service.

I went to the store to find a particular product, the cashier was nice enough to guide me to the product I was looking for. The ones that I had seen had boxes that were a bit out of shape. As I was looking Cora came to assist me, she was super helpful in saying she would climb up on the shelf and get me a better box and if there weren’t any she would check in the back. She did find ones with boxes that were in great condition which I was happy about! She was friendly, helpful and showed her exceptional customer service skills! Thanks so much Cora, much appreciated!

The service is absolutely horrenduous & the staff can't even do simple math. Nothing is flexible & the staff are not knowledgeable at all. Extremely disappointed. Be sure to do all your research on an item before purchasing as no one will help you & you most likely will not be able to refund the item once you've purchased it. But if possible try to AVOID the store all together & purchase from amazon.ca, walmart, buybuybaby, chaptersindigo, costco, or simply anywhere else!

Today my mom and toddler came by to purchase a light stroller. I wanted to assemble it right in store because my kid was sleepy and cranky.Darryl and Sue helped me take it out of the box after purchasing. I didn’t expect them to help me assemble it but they did from start to finish. Thanks so much! This was an example of great customer service.

i shopped today for birthday gift and baby shower gift. i found what i wanted without any assistance, but i didn't see staffs around to help anyway. I lined up to pay, it was only one cashier opened. i was there around 2pm on sat. The store itself is clean and with lot of signs showing direction to shop. i hope the store does well.

I have been coming to the store for 20yrs.. and I met Cora 20yrs ago for baby supplies… Cora with her beautiful smile and kindness was so helpful and ever since then any help and advice, I always look for Cora…. you have an amazing group of staff and I’m thankful that I could find Cora for that extra help and grateful that I could find a familiar face…
