This is our second summer using Truly Nolen's spider treatment after we moved near the lake and the spiders around the doors were HUGE. We have them spray once in May and again in October and we never see any spiders. They had the best price when we got quotes from several local pest control companies in 2020. Steve is always very responsive and the technicians come when they say they will, are friendly and do a great job.

We started getting service from Truly Nolan in 2018. Steve was fantastic. He very thoroughly treated our house for carpenter ants and returned for a second application. We were so pleased with the results that we called Steve to come back at the first sign of ants this Spring. No mess or fuss for us and our problem is under control. Truly Nolen did a great job finding out how mice were entering my home and got them under control. I highly recommend them!

I can’t speak yet on how successful their elimination of rodents is, but I can say they’ve been incredibly helpful so far. We moved into a rental property where a rat and mouse infestation was not disclosed to us. Which at 29 weeks pregnant is quite scary. I reached out to personally hire them when the landlord wasn’t getting back to us promptly. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful and honest about telling us to have the rental company/landlord hire them as it’s their legal responsibility. Along with giving me tips on how to fill mouse holes etc. Once the landlord approved Truly Nolen coming back in Steve promptly set up an appointment for us and was very pleasant to deal with also. I forgot to get the technicians name but he was younger with reddish hair, he was phenomenal. He was extremely thorough in placing traps, steel wool, and proving information on the severity and extent of the issue. Along with very understanding of how stressed I was so he even added a couple extra traps to the higher activity areas and filled old bait traps. I whole heartedly recommend hiring this company, they’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful. Along with seeming very efficient, knowledgeable, and successful at reducing or terminating infestations.

Just want money. Their site says they do a free inspection but I'm told they won't do it and will charge over $400 for some package without even coming to assess the problem.Total cash grab.
