I had a foot injury and my doctor referred me here. It is a great place. Gina and Tiffany are super friendly and professional. Even the rest of the staff, receptionist are all super friendly. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. They are very efficient and accommodating. Will come only here in future..

I had bunion problem for a long time, I went to other physiotherapist but none of them really helped with the issue. Then I came here for several times and I'm fully recovered. I'm glad I gave it a try! They have various type of devices and experienced therapists.

Absolutely love Gina! She is knowledgeable, effective, kind, hard-working and always helps with my husband and my aches and pains. She's our secret weapon and we are so glad have her in our lives! The office receptionist, Lien is always pleasant and helpful too!

Everytime i walk into the office i am greeted by Ardel's smiling face. She is very welcoming and has alway been very kind and professional. As a receptionist she does an amazing job!!!!!I came to Lansdowne Physiotherapy because of a serious injury to my foot. When I first arrived I struggled to walk. Tiffany is my therapist and she has helped me return to how I was before. And after her treatments I am able to walk with ease. She helped me regain my strength and she has provided me with exercises as well. At one point I struggled to walk down the stairs because my foot was tight and weak, however now I glide like a gazelle. Tiffany is always professional, patient and very knowledgeable. She listens to my conserns and makes adjustments. I also feel safe coming here during the pandemic because the clinic adheres to the Covid-19 the guidelines.

I appreciate how fast my recovery is and the diligent process of my physiotherapist Gina. My sprain hasn’t been treated for a year because of the transition from the pandemic closures and limitations yet Gina was able to get my ankle treated in a short period of time. Awesome work and awesome clinic!

Had a really bad experience with the clinic recently.My wife did one session with the clinic on November 30, 2022, and gave the front desk my insurance card. My insurance company paid 100% for the treatment, but the front desk insisted it was not covered by the insurance, so my wife paid $100 with her own credit card.When submitting the claim to my insurance company on the same night, we realized the the clinic had submitted the claim to the insurance company and it has been processed.We called the clinic the following day, and were told by the clinic that the front desk had mistakenly double charged us, and they would refund the charge right away.But after a few days, nothing happened.7 days later, my wife went to the clinic in person after work, and left a copy of her invoice with the clinic. Again, she was assured the matter would be taken care of soon.Still nothing happened.9 days later, I called the clinic, and was told they were aware of the mistake, and would inform the manager to refund the charge.Again, nothing happened.Today is December 13, it has been nearly 2 weeks now, and I am still waiting for my refund.

Don't believe reviewers that post as 'ABC XYZ' - an obvious rant from a self-entitled person that thinks they have to be treated like royalty.My wife got her treatment here last week and the receptionist that had a different coloured hair (NOT RED FOR SURE) was excellent and was very helpful from booking, to payment, to scheduling a follow up.Props to the PT as well - Tiffany was very professional, thorough in her diagnosis and gave some of the best treatments to my wife compared to all of her experience in working with PTs in the past.The facility was clean and nice with more than adequate space to accommodate a variety of treatments.Overall an awesome experience and I'd highly recommend that you book here.. unless you're hiding behind the alphabet to make reviews

my therapist was very unprofessional. She prescribed me a list of exercises and promised to send the instructions to me. She never sent them until more than a week later, after I inquired about it twice.The exercises didn't really help and I somehow got slightly worse. I saw a different physio who took a very different approach and advised against her exercises. I am now much better

Lansdowne Physiotherapy Clinic in Richmond -All staff are so nice, especially Gina. The reason why we go there in the first place is because we need to be taken care of.We tend to be impatient, as we need treatment for our condition (we want to get better fast)and little things starts becoming a big deal. Let the Physiotherapists do their job, as you will be well looked after!!I personally have had fantastic sessions at Lansdowne Physiotherapy Clinic and there has been insignificant improvement in my experience.Everything takes a bit of time to get back to close to normal. Thumbs up!!

Amazing team. Gina is a knowledgeable and professional physio. The Kinesiologist Don and the volunteer Kinesiology student are very accommodating, caring and make the exercises very understandable. Together as a team, they made my experience very pleasant. Definitely recommend seeing the physio and Kinesiologists at this clinic!
