Sharla's presence is very calm and it allowed me the space for deep healing. She's very intuitive and kind. I left feeling like I was back in my body again. I really can't thank you enough!!Highly recommend.

Sharla is an extremely knowledgeable professional. Her ability to heal and correct the body issues is amazing. She explains how and why certain treatments work as well as why my body is struggling using scientific terms as well as in layman’s terms with analogies I can understand. Sharla is a true gift. I’m very blessed to have found her.

My session with Sharla was absolute bliss. I could feel the tension and stress release throughout our session and it continued on for days. Sharla a gentle spirit who honours people so well. She seems to be able to hear our bodies speak to her, and encourage us to listen too. There is no pressure but so much grace and love in her sessions. I actually felt my anxiety melt away and be gone afterwards. I have mental illness and this was such a healing process for me.

I have been going to Sharla since 2019. She is incredibly knowledgeable and offered exercises and stretches to help with my healing. I am no longer in the pain I once was in. I highly recommend her.

Sharla is the best of the best. I have seen Sharla not only for massage therapy but also for Arvigo and pre/postnatal massage and she’s amazing at what she does. Sharla is great at listening to what is bothering you physically, mentally and emotionally and she knows the human body so well that she can truly focus on what you need with each session. Sharla has also sent me away with fantastic at-home self care advice and techniques. Her space is private, serene, quiet and offers plenty of free parking.Not only is Sharla amazing at what she does, she is truly a kind and considerate person. I feel grateful to be apart of her client group.
