I received a bouquet from this shop for my birthday. Flowers and leaves were quite dirty and not fresh at all! Had to throw away half the bouquet 2 days later, half was literally all faded … Quite a disappointment!! I do not recommend to order from this shop especially over the phone!!Update:The flower shop contacted me following this review. They were very sorry and sent another bouquet the following day. Thank you!

I won a free bouquet of flowers for mother’s day on a radio contest but I went in and was told by another lady that they had run out of the prize bouquets. Micheline came to my rescue and made me up this absolutely beautiful custom bouquet for the same value as the prize would have been. I felt especially appreciative because I was in 10 minutes before close the day before Mother’s day and she still did not hesitate to help me out and save my butt! The vase is just one I purchased from the Dollarama but the bow was also from Micheline to perfectly match the flowers. Cannot thank her enough!!

I was a little disappointed to pay nearly $70 for a dozen yellow roses for my daughter's graduation, only to see them looking wilted and crepey when I got to the car. Put in water with the included packet, and the day after pickup they're turning brown in some spots.

Nice and polite but it doesn't translate into quality in anyway. Very poor arrangement skills. I am sure they try their best but the result is nowhere near the product presented in the photos. This is what an inspired" arrangement looks in reality. (this is my third attempt and all failed)"

I find when someone from away orders you flowers you do not get a nice arrangement. I got a glass vase with brown stems in water( so they were done already). Not colourful like you expect. Dark purple with a lot of green filler, a few carnations and 3 round white flowers. It is not appealing to me at all. Not worth the money
