Rob is amazing, professional, and knows his stuff. When my furnace died, he came by at 8pm to check on it and got the part to fix it by noon the next day. He happily answers your stupid questions and takes the time to show you what is going wrong and why. Highly highly recommend this company!!

This would be the second time Lake Country Heating and AC has come to our home.Rob showed up, checked over our furnace and checked over our AC unit as it wasn’t working properly.So professional, so friendly, so knowledgeable.He could of told me I needed a new ac and I would of just said ok.Instead he finds what’s wrong. Just needed furnace started in the Fall during a cold snap. I tried to get it going for two days, as I do every year before Winter, to no avail. Gave a call, and that afternoon a service technician showed up, removed his shoes, fired up the furnace, showed me where I went wrong and left without trying to upsell anything. No charge! Very polite and professional. Will contact in spring for some gas line install. Very highly recommended! John Wolfe

Had Rob come by for a quote after booking through reception. We did a walk through my house and he noted down the work I needed done. After not hearing back for a week I followed up by phone. Reception confirmed with Rob the quote was still being worked on. 4 weeks went by and I've heard nothing back from them. I chose to keep my business local in Lake Country and in return this business has wasted my time, and I've had to now find another HVAC company. Beyond disappointed.

I had the delight of my AC unit ceasing operation in the heat wave of 2021. With my family's future looking extremely hot and bleak, I was given a name and number to try. I called Corey and he was able to help troubleshoot my unit. He was our saviour! I fired my AC unit up and it was blowing cold air again! If you're having issues, these guys should be your first call. Thanks Corey!

Called and requested a quote. He came over to my house on the Saturday morning the following week. I guess he only wanted to check my house out as he never got back to me about the quote. Was going to get AC unit with these guys. But guess they don't want my business!

These guys are great. Rob and Corey did a great job with our furnace install. They were timely, knowledgeable and very pleasant. They worked very well together, and Shannon in the office was also very pleasant and professional to work with. I like using local companies because of the personal service that usually comes with them, and these guys did not disappoint.
