Set of winters did not even last 3 years. After 16000km the tires have gone rock hard and began having the tread worn off at a exponential rate. I went threw 1/3 of the rubber left in one month this season. To top it off they are not even willing to honor their warrenty which states 5 years anything wrong replaced for free. The tires have zero traction on anything even dry roads are slippery. Never buying firestone again.

Probably the worst customer service I have seen. Trying to work with the dealer to sell old new stock tires (4+ years old) , and claim as new.Contacted BS Canada directly, they keep declining they sell tire to this company. Once you search their tire retailer list, it's on their web site as a direct retailer.
