great products: older staff is terrible, had one of them stand next to my friend and i when we were looking at jeffree stars cosmetics and when we said we didn't need help, got told that they had to stand there because some people would steal... also got yelled from across the room if i needed a hair mask. i know my hair is bleached to death but chill

Overall good salon quality products. The staff is nice but their expertise varies alot so you often get mixed messages on the way to use the products. I like that they are open 7 days a week.

Bad customer service, I purchased a few products to color my hair and they did not provide me with the correct color. Upon returning it asking for the right color, the older woman with purple hair was very rude and unhelpful, after 15mins of me being tenacious on getting the color I had asked for they finally did. I will no longer be purchasing any kind of products from that store. I can understand making a mistake but at least have the decency to rectify it.

Amazing store with amazing products at low prices, which is very surprising considering it's such good quality and quantity. I was very pleased by the service I received, everyone made sure me and my friend were taken care of. Special thanks to Samantha who took care of us and answered all our questions during our last visit. It was my first time in the store, but I can guarantee it won't be my last! THANK YOU! :)

Not sure if they are on commission but the clerk will follow you if you have a product in your hand and keep asking if she could put the product at the counter several times. I'm tired of the hounding especially if I know what I need when I enter the store. I'm giving it a 2 star because they do have a good selection.

Not impressed, they ask me what day would be better to reach me i did say weeknight I have been waiting since the end of December for a call back Really bad experience will never go back .They also said they offer me a gift card ! That is not true…I had no choice to take a gift card they wouldn’t reimburse my husband for the gift he purchase for or Christmas.Really poor customer Service ! Nobody from the store ever called me .

Best shop for hair dye and you can find any Colts your desire. Except don't listen to the staff they will sell you a product that doesn't work. Please feel free to message me for recommendations. Pravana is a great company and L'Oreal color intensity

Love how many products they carry! and for almost half the price! I love the dry shampoo from AG and it's normally 28$ I found it here for 10$! 13$ normal priced! and they carry Jeffree Star Comestics!!!
