Getting quote and ordering tankless water heater installation was easy. Guys were able to show up next day. During installation and in process of checking how water heater works we had couple bumps but most importantly all issues were solved.

Thank you to Mazi and his team for their prompt reply and time over a long-weekend. We had no hot water and we’re not existing customers but Mazi made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. The installers came on-time and seem to have done a great job. We will call House Depot next time we need any of the services they offer!

A well deserved 5 star rating from the get go. I had a few minor electrical issues that required attention, and contacted House Depot given their past reviews. Mike provided an appointment date for a Saturday, and honored it! Both Mike and his assistant were very polite, and took the trouble to explain what was required and how they would go about complete them. I have no issues recommending them.

The heater and air conditioner in my condo unit was not working due to default actuator. I sent a message to get a quote and got a response the next morning. Mark and his partner came to do the repair the same day. They were right on time as scheduled. Very nice people, reliable and prompt. They were both professional and I am glad to have found this place. Will definitely use them next time I have issues in my condo. Thank you and highly recommended.

Fantastic service, the team responded to our inquiries immediately and provided clear and concise answers to all of our questions. They were able to recommend the right solution for our issue and installation was scheduled immediately. Very fair pricing and the technicians were polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

I want to thank Mark and his coworker for installing the tankless water heater. They quickly respond to my phone calls and messages and we’re very kind when we met them. They did a great job of removing the water tank and keeping the job nice and tidy. Also they pointed anything else that needed to be resolved in our house. The tankless is working perfectly and we’re so happy to have this product installed.

Mark went above and beyond to try to repair the baseboard heater spending his time to try to make it work. On his advise a new heater had to be purchased. This he did on his own time - purchased and installed the very next day. Finally we have perfect heat. Thanks Mark, I will certainly recommend you to any one.

Our natural gas fireplaces recently turned off by themselves quite often. Called House Depot after seeing good Google reviews. They are friendly and respond to call promptly. Mark was working on a job when I called but still managed to come as soon as possible. He is very experienced and diagnosed the problem quickly. Now we are very happy to have our fireplaces working properly. Thank you Mark. Excellent job. Highly recommended.
