An incredibly welcoming and warm exercise community! I joined Spinco six months ago when my life was filled with personal challenges and I feel lucky because the consistency and community has grounded me. Shout out the the incredible manger Joey who puts his heart and soul into making sure every rider has a great experience and works tirelessly to build connections and partnerships with other businesses. His efforts keep the environment of classes exciting and joyful! Truly a super star and one of the many reasons I keep coming back!

Ok I am a HUGE SPINCO fan and have ridden all over the country. I was so excited to try the Vancouver location with my family member while I was in town and introduce her to the community I love and speak highly about given experiences in the other locations. As a tourist, unfamiliar with Vancouver we left early to get there ahead of time. Unfortunately the location doesn’t have a lot of easy parking which ate up our time to arrive early. Nonetheless we arrived exactly 3 min before class. We were greeted with a lecture of not arriving early enough which is understandable as typically new riders do show up earlier to get set up, but it was repeated several times to us and there was nothing to be done at that point other than move quickly. However, as I have extensive experience with other studios and have witnessed SPINCO staff start the class a couple min late when first time riders are coming in a few min before or even seasoned riders just running a few minutes late, to include everyone and not stress anyone out. I’ve also seen staff at other locations escort riders in with flash lights and set their bike up if they are late to class. Unfortunately that was not the case for us. My family member had been given incorrect shoes and bike was not set up properly. The energy in the class itself was a bit off from the riders and instructor as in not overly welcoming which was shocking as the other studios I’ve been to many of times were much more friendly and happy to welcome people. Given the incorrect shoe size and the improper bike set up my family member had to leave at the weight track. She told me that front desk assumed she couldn’t handle the workout which was shocking to hear and not appropriate. All in all my family member is not eager to return to SPINCO Vancouver. I am disappointed this was the experience, as the environment at the other SPINCOS I’ve visited was much more welcoming and pleasant which is why I fell in love with the community.

Disappointed with my experience here so far. New to Vancouver & coming from the SpinCo in Kelowna - which I adored. The instructors & front counter staff have been wonderful, but there are just too many downfalls to the space.1) The layout of the studio awkwardly crams as many bikes into the space as possible, at the expense of that cool 'moving together' vibe you get at most other spin classes. When the folks in the front bikes (rotated 90 degrees compared to the other bikes, and facing the instructor) are off beat, it really messes with the flow for therest of the class!2) You have to change in the bathrooms, which are small & cramped. REALLY miss having a legit changeroom. I expected better... especially at the pricepoint that SpinCo asks for!3) More than once, I've gotten STINKY shoes & musty towels. It's super off-putting... to the point that I haven't returned, despite having more classes available on my app.I really hope they can tighten this up... because the place has a lot of potential... and again - the instructors are lovely!!!

Riding at SPINCO Vancouver has honestly been one of my best forms of exercise I've grown to appreciate over the past few years! These classes allow yourself to be present in each moment and work hard either riding to the beat or pulsing to the count of a directed movement. The energy of not only the instructors but other group members bring to the forefront continue to help me stay motivated each and every time I ride. What a great community I've been so graciously welcomed into! :)

Will only get out of bed before 6 am for Joey’s class! One of the best and most positive instructors I’ve ever had. His playlists are fantastic and the studio is beyond welcoming!

Attended my first ever spin class here recently! Loved it so much! I felt supported from the moment I walked in! From the front desk to the amazing instructors, they took away my nerves and I had the best first experience! Will be back :)

I’ve never done a spin class in my life before, I thought the idea of working out on a bike thought it wasn’t for me. I was pleasantly surprised that my assumptions were wrong. The music was really fantastic and the instructor was fun and informative. It’s a great workout that can be as hard as you want it to be.Saying that you’ll be sweating and burning lots of calories every time - the energy is infectious.

SPINCO is more than riding on a stationary bike its all about community! The beats are hard and the room is dark. All ego’s are left at the door! Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and very welcoming. Great place to learn and fine tune your moves, each instructor has their own vibe! Highly recommend!!
