So I cant return a still-sealed, unopened product at this location. Despite having done so many many times at the Annacis and Metrotown locations???? And even being told specifically at those two locations that “returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the product is unopened.” These people are snake oil salesmen and DO NOT stand behind the products they sell, nor will they support you if you have any issues with said product(s). Be warned…

You walk in and you’re instantly harassed by 2 employees for your ID. I’m 35 with a beard. But anyways, every other dispensary I go to asks when you checkout at the counter before paying. This is better practice. It’s so unpleasant to walk into somewhere and instantly be harassed at the door for your ID. Liquor stores don’t do that, and every other gov’t dispensary doesn’t do that aswell. Seems like it’s just this location!Uptight staff and old weed. Just check the packaging date before you buy!

Excellent staff and store. Employees there are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They recommended Gelato 33 pre rolls and it was a 10 out of 10. As far as the ID policy, employees are required to ask for ID from anyone that looks under 30. Not intrusive they just do a quick check. Generally much cheaper than private stores.

Friendly staff and good service. Clean and organized. Wasn't busy when I was there. A bit smaller than Old Orchard, and while they aren't fully stocked yet, they have a decent selection and had what I was looking for.
