Lake Country Pet, is my favorite pet store to support. I wish i realised it existed sooner.I learn something new every time I go in. So many feeder insects options with healthy, lively bugs. I know I am feeding my guys the best I possibly could, and the many products from supplements to general reptile care cover every need to ensure your reptile is as healthy as possible. :DEdit to add: I live nearly three hours away and stopping here makes every trip worth it.

The owners are very hard working. Their store is well stocked with quite a variety for the variety of pets people have these days. Clientele are welcomed and encouraged to bring pets they have sold, back for a visit. Very pleasant place to shop and visit weekly.

Stuart & Desiree are awesome and so knowledgeable in their craft. They have helped my husband and I so much in our new found amphibian/reptile/arachnid keeping hobby. They carry the best and top of the line products for your exotic critters, cats, dogs, and small animals too. Their selection of critters, products for bioactive vivariums, and general knowledge keep us coming back multiple times a month for advice and supplies. Our dog has many allergies and they carry treats he can actually have as well. Highly recommend Lake Country Pet!!

I saw them at the Abbotsford reptile expo and they sold my girlfriend and I a leopard gecko and a tokay gecko. They were amazing, extremely helpful and they care about the animals. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely be buying my next tokay and a few more geckos from them at the next expo. Will highly recommend

This business is owned by my lovely sister (Desiree and her significant other Stuart) whom are both extremely kind and knowledgeable people eager and willing to help with a variety of your critter needs. I highly recommend going to these guys if you need any help or are looking into purchasing a critter/how to care for one, special food etc… and so much more!! I couldn't recommend this place more! If I could give more stars I would. My boyfriend and I recently got our first bearded dragon (also our first reptile). They have been so incredibly helpful in this new adventure. They are patient, knowledgeable and very passionate. Without a doubt, the best place for all your reptile needs!

After visiting literally every pet store in West Kelowna and Kelowna, Lake Country Pet was the last stop for myself and my partner on our journey to potentially finding our very first snake. I can say, without hesitation, this store has no rival. Absolutely blew us away. Stuart and Trent were absolutely amazing and we definitely took up way too much of their time but they really went above and beyond in sharing their knowledge and passion for the hobby, (Phoebe was a fantastic assistant also!)I live in West Kelowna but will 100% be making the trip out to Lake Country any time I need supplies or am considering another animal, these guys are incredible and are certainly worth supporting, we will also be telling all of our friends and family about this store!Hayley and I adore our new little Speckled Kingsnake! =DThank you guys so much!
