The staff are a shining beacon in my day. Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The products offered seem to be of the best quality and a reasonable price. Thank you Edge Clothing for the fantastic experience. Lacy is an exceptionally over qualified agent in this retail store.

We went to Edge last week and found a pair of shoes on sale. When they were rung in, it came up as the regular price. They would not honor the price on the tag and the owner was quite rude. He pretty much accused me of changing out the tag for a sale price, despite it very definitely being a store tag. When I told him he was going to lose our business by not honoring the price he told me that he didn't care and that customers are a dime a dozen". I've never been treated that way by a business have no intention of ever shopping there again. There are other great stores in Red Deer like All Rose (great customer service there) and The Boathouse

I came in for toddler shoes expecting them to be discontinued but was very happy to hear that there has been another source to bring them from. The service is very quick and friendly.

Can't believe this store is still open. Their products are the most expensive in the city. You can surely find better deals for the same stuff elsewhere. Not to mention their teeny bopper employees follow you around and watch you like your a criminal. They can't just let a person shop. No joke. Literally take an item off the shelf to look at it, and out pops one of them Can I start a change room for you? Can I put that up at the counter for you? Then when you politely decline because you havent even looked the item over

At first a came in to this store cause I was just trying to kill some time. Then I found quite a few things I liked and was going to buy, until I realized the girl working there was following me around the store. I tested this by going to random spots in the store and sure enough wherever I went she went too. I understand that theft is a big thing in the retail industry, I work in it. but when someone comes in wearing yoga pants and a racer back tank top NOT carrying a purse or any other bags I think it’s pretty safe to assume they’re not going to steal anything. I mean where will I hide a pair of jeans under my super tight fitting clothing? The last straw was when she walked behind the desk at the fitting room and picked up a magazine which just so happened to be less then 10 feet from where I was looking at a pair of jeans.This was both my first time in this store and also my last. I will not shop in a place that makes me feel as uncomfortable as I just felt.

This place has completely lost its costumer loyalty. Have spent thousands here over the years and just recently tried to do a simple & straight forward return/exchange and was denied. Will never shop here again. These places preach shop local" which I try to support

For years me and my girlfriend never went in this store but due to covid we figured we would support local.Well all sales are final I Geuss, she got me a birthday gift and it was in a sealed package (underwear) and she went to return it the other day because it's not my usual SAXX she remembered. They wouldn't take them back no store credit or anything.This will be the last time we shop here total BS sealed package.

The staff we’re friendly but my dad and i went in there yesterday and spent a bunch of money, for them not to take the security tags off that require a gun on some of our items… now we can’t get it off and misplaced our receipt so they’d probably just charge us again..

I go in there every once in a while. I've bought some purses, shoes, water bottles. The store has a good selection but what is even better is the staff! All the girls I have ever interacted with were very, very nice and helpful. I'll definitely be going back. I hope the service continues to be great.
