Service is excellent! We were with a group of friends, and we arrived at different times. The first arrivals chose a table that was too small. So the staff promptly and eagerly moved us to a larger table.They replenished the chips and dips several times. I had the huevos and chorizo. It came with 2 tortilla wrappers, rice and beans. It was very good, but a little dry. My son had the chicken and spinach burrito. He gave it a 4.5 rating. My husband had the carne asada. He like it a lot and gave it a 5 star.

I always go to this location even though it is the furthest from me. Staff is very friendly and attentive, food and drinks are always incredible, and the prices are pretty good for the massive portions. I’ve never had a bad experience here - most recently I went in on Friday night June 9 and I believe my server was named Darianny? She was so kind and said “thank you” after every single interaction. Great service as always!

Best Mexican restaurant in Rochester! So authentic. Amazing tastes and amazing service. Loved everything and the food came out so fast!! We usually go to wash hands before and it was out before the 2nd group came back from the bathroom.

Our waitess was very nice but the nachos were not the best, cheese was melted in a pool on the bottom of the plate. Margaritas were good, apparently you can spend $85 on a gallon bag of it which was interesting, but they don't offer a pitcher. Still, decent place will likely return.

Oh my was this food delicious. We eat vegan and this place made the perfect adjustments. A big thank you to Maria who waited on us and also happend to be vegan. She took wonderful care of us and we plan to return regularly thanks to her thoughtful work.Highly recommend this authentic spot!

Save your time & money & go somewhere else for Tex-Mex. Even the other Monte Alban locations or Mesquite. The biggest & most consistent issue is the management at this location. My husband order a fountain drink (raspberry iced tea) and then switched to Starry (another fountain drink) and was charged for 2 fountain drinks. The manager insisted that this is the policy everywhere and was belligerent. When my husband said that the menu says that there's a refill on fountain drinks, the manager insisted that you must stick to only 1 flavor. He had to have the last word and should not be working in anything customer service related.

My waitress was on her phone a lot. The food was not bad, but it's not anything that stands out. The atmosphere is vary dated. There were no upgrades to the place since the restaurant went in. Our table was like a teeter-totter and had stacks of napkins under it to try to keep it level. The price of the meal was as if we were at the top Mexican restaurant around. Honestly surprised to see this in Webster. Should not have passed the taco bell.

Although the food is good, Service was very slow! We were offered cheese for our chips but weren't told the price for the saucer size dish was $6 that's outrageous! After our entrée arrived we didn't see our server till she brought the bill !! We wanted desert but weren't even asked if we wanted it. We won't be back!!!GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE !!

Just had dinner there tonight. Food is average quality. I was very disappointed when my check came. I had my usual vodka tonic. I was charged six dollars for the vodka and an extra dollar for the tonic. It's a tacky way to raise the price. I asked if they did that with all drinks and was told yes. I have been a long time customer since they first opened In Irondequoit. I will NOT be back. Los Gallos in greece has better food at much lower prices.

The burritos are super delicious! The interior is cute and fun, and the waitresses are very friendly! Highly recommend.
