She said she could have a look at the laptop for free" on the phone. I thought this was great because other places would charge $50 for the diagnosis. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My repair (laptop screen replacement) took forever to be completed, and I had to keep following up by email for anything to be done.At points it felt like I was being ghosted, with up to 2 weeks passing before I received a response. There was always an excuse for the delays. My laptop eventually came back to me in worse condition than when it initially went in as there was damage to the case that occurred during the 2nd time I took it in. I had to return the laptop 2 times after initial drop off due damage and the repair being shoddy.The final straw was me noticing that Trina had scratched my new screen. It took them 2 weeks to source a part, then they expected me to pay for even though they caused the damage. They didn't tell me this until I went to collect my laptop as they had it for 2 weeks and I needed some data off it. I literally took my laptop back and walked away after telling them how unprofessional and beyond frustrating the entire repair process had been. What a waste of my time and money!I will also mention that my laptop had been stored in a paper bag at Trina's place and it was returned to me the 2nd time with the bag full of animal hair and reeking of dog. Apparently they had dog sat while they held onto my computer and the case must have been open. It took four months for the smell of dog to leave my laptop. Every time it warmed up, the smell came out.I would not recommend this service to anyone. Do so at your own peril knowing that Trina takes no responsibility for their shoddy work, unacceptable timelines, and lack of accountability.

What was supposed to take 2 days took a month and even after a month i was left empty handed so i asked for my money back. Was lied to and had to almost involve the police. My suggestion. Go to a storefront and not to someone trying to run a business with no knowledge and stock on hand.

Needed a computer repair quickly. Willing to talk thru aspects of it over the phone to help determine the problem. Took computer in for repair, discussed repairs and price. New issues came up, but the owner endeavoured to keep the price down and get it ready on time - they went over and above. Integrity was important to them. I highly recommend.

I bought a GTX 1080 Armor. Met up and was handed a paper to sign, stating i have received the goods, condition as described, etc.I asked that I don't know if the condition is fully working, it looks ok. I was told i have 30 days to return it.The GPU is working but it's kind of hot. That's basically many of the Armor editions after doing some google search. I decide to return it. I gave the card and receipt and was told that it needs to be tested. Then i will get my etransfer.I was thinking ok whatever i mean i doubt this is a scam. And eventually i was told that the card is working well and i would get charged a 20% restocking fee.This was not mentioned verbally nor stated on the receipt. So I went back and got the card back. I wasted 2 trips for this and it was stress tested for no reason. Poor/Shady business practices have resulted in wasting both of our time.

Very prompt service, very honorable. I needed my PC fixed the same day, and unlike canada computers and others who were backlogged, they were able to quickly diagnose my PC issue.. the PC had a hard ware issue, where due to a failling hard drive, it refused to install windows on a SSD. The technician was very diligent to test the memory, etc, and narrow down the issue, and fixed it ... whereas if I went with Canada Computers I would wait 2 have had to wait 2 weeks.. very great stuff, highly recommend, fair prices

trina was so quick to respond to my stress message and put me at ease - she told me all the possible problems pragmatically without making promises. she diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, and did the repair as quick as possible for a really fair & reasonable charge. i'm really happy with the service and repair, fully recommend and will come back again!
