Found this company when I was looking for some tools on online. Got a great deal on some almost brand new stuff. Will definitely check in to see what they have in the future...

Posting mostly as a warning to anyone making a purchase through Kijiji as they also have all listings up for auction (not made clear in the ads). This means that you either have to purchase the items sight unseen (by transferring the funds via email) or Ellie will allow them to be purchased through the auction even after agreeing to the terms. In my case I now have a non-refundable uhaul rental because after agreeing to my terms.It's also important to note that when prompted about this also being up for auction, she advised that had I email money transferred the funds, she would have removed the items from auction (at no point was this mentioned before she sold the items we had agreed to to another person). This means that anyone bidding in the auction has no assurance that the item won't just be removed without warningI highly encourage anyone dealing with Platinum asset services to tread carefully.

First time buying something from a Platinum Asset organized auction. I was very pleased with the experience. While viewing the items it was really helpful having Neil there to show us around and help us find what we needed. Also it's the first time I've ever came to pick up the stuff I bought and had every lot purchased altogether making it so quick and easy. It made me so happy especially considering the last auction I bought from one item was stolen. The way Neil ran this auction should be the standard other auctions go by.
