Don't enjoy being lied to twice. Told that no hassle exchange on my otterbox case when purchasing. Went back 5 days later due to a tear on the charging port cover. Gentleman on the desk was too busy to disengage in what he was doing to look at me and just said to go online and OtterBox would replace for free. IT IS NOT FREE. Shipping was another $30 to an already $100 case. I wont be back and will go to Amazon for my accessory needs from now on.

Took 6 weeks to get a screen for my phone and after it was installed the finger print scanner didn't work and said they couldn't fix it

Last week I went in to get a battery for my Samsung galaxy 10. They didn't have one at the time. I was told they would order a battery and I will hear from them in 3-4 days. I received a call Tuesday past and was told the battery came in. I booked an appointment for today. Battery is now replaced and staff were friendly. Bell Aliant recommended mobile klinik. Glad they did.

iPhone that I received was in good condition on exterior however battery was terrible. 30-45 mins run time at best. Zero performance in cold weather. On website it states each phone is subject to a 34-point inspection. This is either a false statement or the company does not include functional checks when it comes to quality of operation. To top off experience I was responsible for shipping to return the phone, that’s right they send you junk and you have to pay to return it. Would give zero stars but they make you give at least one.UPDATE - Returned phone after I was responsible for shipping. Phone was tracked and received by Mobile Klink on April 26th. As of May 9th no refund received. Contacted customer service and they say refund issued today - GREASY!!!.

Highly recommend. These guys have fantastic customer service, fast turnaround time and very reasonable prices. They replaced my iPhone battery last week. A few days later, the screen separated from the casing. They didn't think this was due to their work, but took a look anyways. Turns out my casing is bent, which wouldn't have happened during the repair. They still fixed it for free for me! Have already recommended to friends of mine, and would go back again next time I have any issues.

Horrible experience, lies & unprofessional service. Never go here. They have a monopoly of warranty work & they know it. They do not care about their customers at all.

Poor customer service. Went here a few months ago and staff were not helpful. They just seemed to shrug me off and were not in any way trying to earn my business. Went to another shop (which you can see that I've done a review for) outside the mall and had a much better experience. Was very surprised as a visitor to Newfoundland that this was one of my first experiences and it was very negative.

The 5 stars I am giving is an actual 5 stars, as in this company is amazing and is by far the best phone repair company out there. They offer the best customer service I have ever seen in general and provide awesome repairs! I feel like I have a new phone honestly! Their prices are reasonable and they will go out of their way to make sure your phone is repaired. They are very friendly and great guys! In particular Matt repaired my phone screen and he did so with professionalism but also just general awesomeness and decency. I actually, truly do feel like they care. I will not only be coming back here for any repairs I need, but also will have any business electronics repairs done exclusively with them. They are awesome and not only do I highly recommend them, but I find that they are a genuine and trustworthy source of solid information on electronics!

I won't be going here again. Not only did they have my phone for months, they were rude and non-responsive. I had to make several phone calls within the period they had my phone to get updates, and in fact the only call they made to me was to tell me they were sending my phone to future shop for repair and to call back if I wanted to back up my phone.I forgot to call back that day, but did so after the weekend and was told my phone was already sent away. Not a problem. I call around a month later for an update, and an associate in the background was incredibly rude, saying they were waiting to hear from me when I a) had already called, and b) was told they'd already sent it out. Then after weeks of waiting, I call back to find out my phone was finished and did not hear a thing from them.To their defense, they had my email spelled wrong, but I think they should have also phoned.It was an incredibly frustrating experience, of which they seemed to have no interest in getting in contact for things. I would go elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service with reapirs covered under warranty, what more could you ask for !!
