My husband works at a dealership and I have still chosen to bring my vehicles here for the past 6 or so years. I absolutely trust David and his team and appreciate how accommodating they have always been to my schedule. They do quality work for fair prices and I won't go anywhere else. I also liked the convenience of renting U-haul trucks from this location to move furniture and set pieces for my job every year before covid hit. Customer service is likewise excellent.

I’ve dealt with this shop a couple time And had nothing but good experiences. I got my out of province inspection done, it was done quickly and without any headaches. They even took care of a noisy heat shield rattle that have been bothering me for monthsIt’s a small shop, but it’s a good shop

They are great for u haul renting and drop offs but i once took my car for a tire puncture repair couple months ago. They said air valve is leaky so i paid and got the new one from them they kept the vehicle for whole day for a small change and gave it to me in the evening. 2 days later tire was flat. Went back and they said there is glass piece in tire need to replace whole tire. Fine paid 250 got the new tire. Today the same wheel started making rough sound of two rusted plate rubbing on each other. Luckily family was here so they opened the wheel and found 1 break pad was completely worn out like flat and rest of them still had life of a year. Also for that particular wheel all the screws were replaced while other wheels still have original screws and in much better condition. Not sure if I was scammed but if they say same story to you then just be aware. I could be wrong too but there are too many coincidences.

The quote that I received for a transmission flush and oil change was very straightforward and honest. It matched up very well against the other quotes that I had received. I chose Kensington Auto based on a combination of price and convenience. The team was very good about communicating progress on the work and explaining changes to the plan. They were very considerate of the customer and I would easily go back for future service.

Amazing service. Very easy to book an appointment and the staff were friendly. They completed my AC recharge in a timely manner and my AC now works perfectly, no problems! They did a very thorough check and called me with any extra concerns they had while working on my car. Amazing 10/10 would recommend.

We had a suspension component fail on our vehicle and the guys at Kensington Auto were able to get it repaired in a reasonable time frame given their bookings for winter tire installation.We've used this shop a couple of times now and I always feel like they fix only what needs fixing, which is always a good feeling.We'll continue supporting them!

Recently, my BMW air-conditioning system became contaminated. (Long story, btw, do not ever mix chemicals in your AC system. ) My regular BMW shop was not able to help, they were too fancy to mess with contaminants. Kensington got the job done the next day at a reasonable price and little fuss. I am sure I will be in touch with them when next I need some work done.

Really appreciated my experience with Kensington Auto for my tire change. They were great to deal with, excellent communication, very friendly, got to my car quickly and provided a detailed inspection of my vehicle. I’d recommend booking in!
