I have been to several dental offices in Kelowna and I have yet to feel as welcomed and well taken care of as when I first stepped foot in KLO Dental. The staff are very personable and kind, DR. Kozak is great at what he does, and they all put the patient first! I had to get some crowns put in and KLO Dental helped me get the perfect teeth as they wouldn't settle for anything less than perfect. That meant I had to go in a few extra visits to get the crowns done right but they were hell bent on getting me the best looking teeth possible and they nailed it.I couldn't ask for a more respectable and professional Dental Office than KLO Dental!

I just want to say how thrilled and impressed I was with my 3 yr old son's first dental appointment!!! Christa really went above and beyond to make it very enjoyable and not intimidating at all. Dr K was also so gentle and kind and informative. He got an excellent cool toothbrush with a timed light and even got to pick out a toy!! I just want to say how much I appreciate everyone's effort - really meant the world to me to take one more potential stressor off the list :) Thanks a million Christa and Dr K!

My experience at K.L.O Dental was great. The staff was very friendly. The equipment was top notch. Dr. Kozak was extremely knowledgeable and I wasn't pushed to do unnecessary procedures. Definitely my dentist moving forward.

I called at 10am with a dental concern, and they were able to get me a walk-in appointment at 1115am the same day. This was super appreciated! Chantelle was kind and made sure I was comfortable, and Dr. Kozak was very friendly and professional. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and will be sure to come here for all of my future dental needs. Thank you, KLO Dental team!

This dentist and his staff are very welcoming and professional. They also seem to be me to be quite competent. As I have not been to any other dentist for a long time I cannot say how they compare to others but I personally am satisfied with their services.

Jeff and his team are amazing! They are extremely friendly and walk you through pricing and procedures. This makes me feel very comfortable and calm. I'm used to being very high strung at the dentist but thank you so much for making me feel so relaxed and doing an amazing job on my teeth. Big smiles now!

I was from out of province and having issues with a tooth and the office was able to get me in the same day and 6 days later I was no longer in pain and the infected tooth was pulled and I was no longer in pain. The Dentist and staff are amazing and I recommend this office to everyone.

This dental office has always been supportive and a safe space for me as a trans person, which makes a difference in my life. All the staff members throughout the years have been super friendly and treat you like a human instead of just a client! Multiple times they’ve been able to get me in last minute or switch appointments around. The new dental hygienist is wonderful because she went over consent which is very helpful for people with anxiety. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone!
