Fresh vegetables and fruits.Always stock up and more options than other stores.Price very reasonable.Always have a $1 in pocket to get a cart. Also, have your reusable grocery bags handy to avoid purchasing them.

One of the busiest No Frills in the area (if not the busiest) & yet unlike the No Frills on Stone Church Road/Upper Paradise Road & Rymal Road/Upper Sherman, they have ZERO self-checkouts which is unbelievable considering nearly all their competitors (& not just their other locations) have self-checkouts. If you shop here on a busy day, be prepared to wait in LONG line-ups.Additionally, pay close attention when your items are being scanned. On a few occasions that I've shopped here, CLEARLY marked sales haven't scanned accordingly at the register. For the savvy shoppers, when this error happens, be sure to let them know so you get the incorrect item for free (so long as it's under $10). Some of their cashiers don't know about this policy. For instance, on my most recent visit on March 13, 2023, one of my purchases scanned incorrectly. When I brought this issue to the cashier's attention, she literally had a 'blank' look on her face when I told her (& provided proof) that the item should now be free (which I did get after a more knowledgeable cashier took over).It's not all bad here. They still price-match some of their competitors & on some items that have reached their near expiry date, you can score a deal usually for 50% off.

Best no frills in the city. There is so much turnover in this story because of its high density location. This store has great produce, for the price. Lots of ethnic goods also because there is so much diversity around in ethnic backgrounds.

5 Star quality and service by far, the store is managed by the best team ever and of course our good friend Tony. One of the reasons I shop at Tony's is because of Tony, he has a great sense of humor and always very friendly. Keep up the good work there Tony pal.

Several items not priced on shelves. Asked an employee for prices ‘I have no way to check. You’ll have to bring it up to cash’10 minute line up at cash.Overcharged on 2 items..cashier made me go back to the shelf and take a photo of the posted prices.When I got home I discovered the onions, potatoes and carrots just purchased were rotten. The bread, taken from the regular shelf, was expired and I had been overcharged on 2 more items.Grocery shopping shouldn’t be this hard.

Extremely busy well stocked store. I just stopped in for a quick purchase mid - week after the new year. There is obviously something to make this a must go destination for so many people. Plenty of hardworking staff stocking shelves and cashing out customers. It may show people value adequate staff to process their purchases effectively. If many of the customers had to process their own purchases they most likely might have just gone somewhere else. Hoping they keep up their standards both providing employment and good customer options and service.

In the past month Ive visited this location three times and each time the cashier was beyond rude. Twice the cashiers were on their cell phones texting while I waited patiently to be rung in, the customer before me had to ask the cashier twice about bags before she even looked up from her phone sitting on the register! Tonight was my last straw with this location! The cashier didn’t say one word after I said hello, and thank you when I left. She stood and stared at me until I had to ask what the total was! And she threw the receipt onto the conveyor belt and started on the next customer. I got home and noticed she rang in one item twice, so unfortunately now I’m forced to go back. Customer service training is definitely needed and basic common courtesy and communication is definitely lacking. Do better.

Tony is always working with employees. Wait times for check out are sometimes long but the tills are all occupied and the cashiers work quickly. Well organized and maintained.
