I recommend you look to see what your part should cost before paying 4 times more than what the retail price should be. If your in a jam they will most likely have it in stock, but every once in a while I have to walk away from their manufacturer pricing" hey guys 300 to 400% markup isn't acceptable . Maybe you should sell mattresses if you like big mark ups."

Reliable Parts
Went to the store at 1:30 after looking online stating it was open 8-5. I saw the guy walk from the store to his car. I approached him and he said rudely I’m having lunch. I asked him if he could open the store as I drove a fair ways relying on the store hours on the website. He still refused . Absolutely the worst service I’ve had. I guess you can’t eat your sandwich and keep the store open for business at the same time. Never go back and will tell all my contractors not to shop there.

I am so happy with Reliable parts. We purchased gas range from Best Buy and when we had it installed, one of the burners was not working properly. We also were missing a grill that was supposed to come with it. The nice guy that came replaced the burner unit. When I said I was missing the grill, he said don’t bother buying the 100.00 dollar grill, it wasn’t worth it. Well, yesterday I got a parcel that was the grill. I’m so happy. Best Buy was a pain to deal with but I had great communication with the Reliable parts company.

Ordered a fan blade for the oven through their website. It arrived within two business days. Picked up at the store, very easy and painless. I would say with the way shipping worldwide has been going, some parts may take longer than others, which is to be expected.

Needed an element for my stove. They had the part in stock and it was a better price than anything I could find online.Two days later I broke a shelf in my fridge. Same story - part was in stock and price was better than online.Service was courteous and professional. Will definitely recommend.

I went in to buy a new stove element because the Google" repairman told me mine was burned out. Shane at Reliable Parts was very polite and suggested that my element was probably fine and the problem was somethig else. He told me how to test it and he was absolutely right

Upon recommendation from another store i went to this location on mcconnel off of riverside road. number 107. Shayne was very helpful and gave me the proper advice and parts. Make sure you get the make model and numbers of the machine you are fixing as they have a plethora of parts. This will save you a trip . Reliable Parts
My husband blew a fuse in our microwave during Covid. We were unsure where we would get a part. We called reliable parts and they told us exactly what fuse we needed, took payment over the phone and had the package sitting outside their place of business so we could safely come and pick up the part. They were friendly, helpful and accommodating during these uncertain times. HIGHLY recommend Reliable parts!!!
