I usually shop at most stores under the GAP umbrella (Banana Republic, Old Navy, GAP, etc) and I was happy to see another store under this brand open locally. Upon visiting I must say I was disappointed in the lack of customer service here. The staff here seemed kind of rude and there was an unwelcoming energy in here. I may consider just buying online for this brand or visiting another location this one wasn’t it.

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago with my daughter and had amazing customer service. Staff very attentive to both adults and kids. Good quality, good value and staff are so friendly and helpful. The products are very flattering and comfortable on. Headed back again tonight to pick up gift cards for a birthday…staff super helpful again.
