Tastes NOTHING. They say homemade, but tastes just sugar…very disappointing.

Nestled in the charming old town of Quebec City, this place serves homemade ice cream / gelato.The place is unpretentious, inside you will find a clean shop, with an array of variety of flavors to try from.Per person gets two samples to taste ( or that is what I was told). The fruit flavors taste like the actual fruit, I tried the coconut and it came with real coconut flakes, that was yum. The other two we tried were orange and raspberry.Good taste but when I checked my credit card statement, was a bit shocked for the price. $16 US is a bit outrageous…probably a billing error but shaving off 1 star for the price.

I never post reviews but this guy had the best damn sour cherry ice cream I’ve had in my life!

He makes his gelato and ice cream ON SITE and it is incredible!He let us try a few flavors before choosing... and we could tell he was very enthusiastic about making his ice creams/gelatos flavourful and delicious!I had Mango gelato (5stars!) and my husband had whiskey cream (5stars!) And pistachio (4stars).We will be going back!

They have amazing ice cream specially the one with the fruits it was amazing it feels like we are eating real fruits. Must try also they have vegan options for people with dietary restrictions.

BRILLIANT! Made from scratch, deliciously fresh, absolutely spectacular flavours coupled with prompt, informative friendly service in a location that really can’t be beat. Nestled snuggly within Old Quebec, steeped in the storybook perfection of cobblestone streets and 17th century stone architecture, steps away from the Basilica de Notre Dame and the iconic Chateau Frontenac, Dolce Gelato Resto Cafés broad selection of gelatos are sure to please any palate and any craving. Ranging from excellently executed traditionals like French vanilla and pistachio, subtle pleasures like coconut and chestnut, to explosively fruity cherry, mango and pineapple, you really can’t go wrong - and excellently priced. We happened to stop by early in our vacation, and found we really had to keep coming back to try the other flavours, despite there being other gelato options nearby - we were never disappointed. A must visit!

Superb mastery of ice cream and everything pastry and cake.Slow fermentation and cooking processes result in extremely high quality products and very easy to digest.Right next door to Divina Natura and close to Simon.

So incredibly thankful we found this place. We happened to be walking around looking for sorbet and the owner was so sweet he turned back on the light. He allowed us to try a few flavors and we purchased ice cream and sorbet. THE BEST WE’VE EVER HAD, he makes the ice cream and sorbet himself. I got litchi and it taste exactly like it. We loved it and will be back for sure. Thank you so much you made our night!

THE. BEST. A hidden gem for homemade ice cream. We got ice cream here once and ended up coming back every day of vacation to try a new flavor. At one point we had a late dinner and actually ran to the cafe to get there before they closed for ice cream dessert (yes, that yummy!). My favorites were amaretto and abricot ... but everything we tasted was fantastic! And don't forget to ask for a mini beignet to go on top of your ice cream!Finally, we so appreciated the wonderful service, too!

Pistachio gelato was good, but not as good as pistachio ice cream from rocky mountain chocolate factory, missing unami flavor in the product.
