TFT OFFROAD - CAR TRUCK AND JEEP ACCESSORIES

WORST SHOP EVER. Never go here. Would give it a negative 5 star. The manager Chris has no customers service skills. Have a life time warranty on the product and took me about a month to get a new part the I had to do all the work of getting it in the there shop. Will never go back.

Hands down best team of people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I have worked with the Assistant Manager Jamie on so many quotes and purchases and he always goes above and beyond in getting me what I need and making valuable recommendations. The Team in the shop is professional and Highly skilled and Management and the rest of the team have always been very Helpful. Always a pleasure dealing with Jamie and Chris in the front end. Their patience and extensive knowledge on off road vehicles is top notch. I have been bringing my 2 door Jeep Jk for tender love and care to this shop for about 9 years. Wouldn't trust anyone else with my jeep. The amount of times these guys have cleaned up the slack from other shops doing bad work on my jeep is unmeasureable. Thanks guys keep up the great work! Lesson learned Do it right the first time

Convenience and location are what brought me to them and the fact that my tire was falling off and they helped me right away. I personally dealt with Tommy and Chris and they have been nothing but helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I took 2 electric scooters to them, even though they only deal with trucks and cars. I had 9 lights to be attached to each scooter with a cats cradle of wiring to manage. They did an excellent job!Staff is friendly and asked me a lot of times if I had any questions about what they did.

If I could give it O stars I would, I brought in my Jeep to but a wench on. The first time we used it when we went off roading we got stuck, the rope unhinged at the gears and broke. We told TFT(manager) the first thing they said was to bad you took it out of the box! What, we never seen the box, you installed it. They forgot to put some of the bolts back in behind my front tires, had to go back.Told them all Mechanical parts have a lifetime warranty! They emailed the company (Smittybilt) only once, over a week later we call TFT what's going on and they just said they didn't respond to them, so your supposed to keep trying to call them. I emailed they and they answered and my husband called Smittybilt and they answered right away. Why do we have to do all the work for TFT. I would not recommend anyone to go there, they won't warranty anything and there workmanship is bad

My experience at TFT was awesome! Tommy helped me choose a new replacement soft top for my Jeep Wrangler. He was very knowledgeable and informative and definitely guided me in making the right decision. The installation crew were terrific! It was done right the first time in no time!Thanks so much TFT. You guys rock!!

Did an awesome job adding a Bilstein lift and AAL to my Tacoma. They are quick to provide detailed quotes and respond to questions. I had a couple questions a couple weeks after the job was done and they provided a nice long written explanation.

This place is a scam. They take your money order wrong parts for you given Vin and model and year. You are better off dealing with other online autopart source that know what they are talking about and are happy to return unused parts. They won't exchange the wrong part they order and won't give your money back. What a dishonest place to be. I can't believe places like this are in business.
