Staff was great, although my mom ended up not purchasing their recommendation they could not have been more helpful and kind.

Sadly in my 50 some years of dealing with this organization they have repeatedly proven to be useless. Which is unfortunate because there is a need for supportive services but the money isnt there to hire decent staff. Every time a long term staff member leaves they are either not replaced or rrplaced by someone not capable if doing the job

The CNIB staff are wonderful and welcoming. My child is legally blind and involved in the Early Intervention Program with the CNIB. I love his Occupational Therapist and I love that she comes to our home for her visits meaning we don't have to drive out to Portage ave for him to get the extra support he needs.

Can't speak for the staff at the actual building but the person who knocked on my front door last week asking for donations was incredibly rude. Not a very good first impression.

I have been fighting anot up hill battle for so long I didn't expect to find any help. CNIB is so welcoming and willing to help with almost anything. I thank everyone I have met.
