My father did business with Allaire since day one and to this day I still recieve the great service he did!

To share an objective review, I would say that the plumbing in my unit was faulty and caused a leak. Every plumber who has visited expressed that the angle was poor and there were so many things identified in the inspection that were not properly done initially. In the end, the company brought in companies to repair the walls that were impacted by the flood, called out the other company to fix it themselves and then today 5 months later they have issued me a bill all now totalling over $4000. This company avoids responsibility. I am not very happy with my experience of ownership with them to date.

Doug and his team are the best

I don't know much about their business and quality of construction but i noticed that they spread their mess from the construction site all around the place. The soil from the digging is now in the alley and in our garage. I guess they are not responsible or required by the City of Vancouver to clean their mess and we as a tax payers will have to pay for cleaning/power wash in order to save Allaire Group and the City of Vancouver profit? Their trucks are blocking the traffic in the alley without any signage posted or apology for the noise caused by concrete delivery trucks. My suggestion to Allaire Group is to keep our beautiful city clean and show a little bit more respect for people living near to Allaire construction and development sites since they make I pretty sure good profit and they should include cost of maintaining surrounding areas clean and free of health hazards.Update. Our alley is now covered with cement dust and oil leaks from their equipment. Unfortunately the City Of Vancouver is not interested to force this developer to keep our city clean.Cement dust is now flying around which may be a health hazard but Allaire Living doesn't care much. If quality of their construction is similar to their care about environment good luck to new owners.
