Jeff was very quick to respond and was able to fix our problem the same day even though it was early evening. Pricing was fair. This was our second time using Jeff and we are very pleased with his service.

This is the second time I have had to use this business for home emergencies, when my husband is of course out of town. One call to Jeff and he had someone here in under 30 minutes. My furnace was fixed and warming my house again with an hour of his arrival. I cannot say enough good things about the service but the thing that sets this business apart for me is the kind, compassionate service with a more than fair price. I was dreading the worst and was incredibly pleasantly surprised!

Was quoted 400 to 500 dollars to fix a leak in my downstairs bathroom Kyle showed up was not easy to talk to told I need a new clamp between my copper pipe and abs pipe. I was charged 85 in labour and 300$ for the clamp that I later found out was 20$ plumber was in and out in in 20 min gone to get parts took 2 hrs and then 30 min or less to install didn’t fix the issue week later still no quote on the repair and I still have a leak. And was force to pay a bill for 405 with tax would not recommend no guarantee on repair.

Family fair pricing is the slogan Jeff uses for his company; what a lie that is. We were repeat customers & after this last experience- we will never be using them again. Greed has got his goat.The price discussed over the phone versus the price they billed was VASTLY different. They charged us for 3 hours of work, for a repair that look less than an hour. When we called to inquire, Jeff refused to be fair about his billing. -He figured that a fix that was LESS than an hour & running to purchase the parts was worth 3 hours of labor. He is stealing hours/money from families pockets. Buyer beware! IF you’re in a pickle and have no other choice but to use them- I’d highly encourage getting a WRITTEN quote before letting them work on your home. He doesn’t break down part costs & labor costs in the invoices, so it’s easy for him to steal hours if someone isn’t careful. -So it might be worth requesting him to separate work done on his invoices if you’re concerned.Do not recommend.

I have used Jeff & his team a few times & of course always on an emergency last minute need. They have always been quick & fairly priced. They are my 1st call & will continue to be.

Got home after a 12 hour night shift and found my furnace had shut down at some point and the house was below 10 degrees while -30 outside. I accidentally called 24 hour, not realizing it was in a completely different city. Regardless, Jeff walked me through the steps I needed to take to get the furnace running again. Turns out it was something simple and it worked out great and got the furnace running again. Highly recommend.
