Our guide's name was Paul. He was an excellent tour guide. Paul was very informational. He was born and raised in the area so he had many facts that other guides may not know. My wife and I booked the “All American Tour- Maid of the Mist and Cave of the Winds“ on May 3, 2023. The tour guide on the Maid of the Mist part was Angela while the tour guide on Cave of the Winds was Joe. Both tour guides were not engaging with their audience and we could have done both tours without the tour guides. A waste of money.

For someone who has a full page ad in the official Niagra Falls magazine, and while understanding wanting to honor other people missed tours, this was definitely not a 5 star experience. First it was very difficult to figure out where to check in. The closest parking was a half mile away. There were over 70 in our group because several missed the morning tour. This made it even more difficult and disappointing when you pay that much for a tour guide that we could not see or hear. While it was nice not to have to purchase our tickets, we initially thought, we might as well have and would have spent a lot less time and money waiting to get a giant group through. Most of this tour was standing and waiting in lines. We were handed tickets at the end of the Maid of the mist and told to go find our own way to the cave of winds. NOT what we paid the extra money for!!! The other tour companies had much smaller groups and the experience looked much more enjoyable.You needed to check in 30 minutes prior to the start time and our 4 hour tour became 5 1/2 hours as we had to wait for trolleys to pick us up and return to our starting location. We missed our 8 pm dinner reservations for a tour that was supposed to be over at 6:30. We would not recommend this tour and unfortunately, we were not alone as several of us were left on our own.
