Ridiculously slow communication. We’ve had leaks for months and they barely care to respond. We probably have to consider filing a complaint with Tarion to get proper support.Please don’t recommend reaching out to your team for support- your teams lack of responsiveness is the reason I am here today.

Absolute disaster of a company! Very shady in their communication and contracts. Our agent still hasn't been paid for the deal and it has been over 3 years. Construction is also below par. Avoid this builder at all cost!

So many problems with my new home and just absolute mess with the home I purchased. Management is a total mess and I do not recommend purchasing a home from them.

We purchased one of their Condo's at 1430 Highland Rd. W. They 'forgot' to put sound insulation between the floors so as a result you can really hear your neighbours above you. And also they didn't insulate the water pipes, so you can hear the water flowing when they flush their toilet or are running their shower, which is kind of gross.Think twice before purchasing!!!Other than that, they are good units.
