Awful customer service! I ordered by phone at 11 a.m. for a delivery at 12:30 p.m. The order finally came at 1:10 p.m. and when i called them to tell them about the late arrival the central told me that the restaurant will call and give me a discount for my next purchase for my wait. They call and tell me that they can't give me any discount because they have a time limit of 1 hour. And I repeat myself at least 6 times when i told her that from 11:00 to 12:30 there's 1h30 and that 1 hour time limit should be inside that time. She tells every time : ''I understand but we have a time limit of 1 hour.'' I mean how do you understand what I say when you don't even consider it in your response ? I am a regular at St-Hubert and I rarely complain about anything but this time it was like I was talking to a robot who can't take in consideration what I say and always has the same response like it is scripted. Again awful experience.

I don't know if it's this location, but the food was very disappointing. The quality is no way as good as before. Chicken was very dry (and it was even dark meat), grilled chicken was ho-hum, and the steak was OK but very small for the price.

We ordered take out (kid meal, quarter chicken meal wirh salad and grilled chicken wrap). We waited 30 minutes for the order.When we got home, I opened the box and saw that they had given me fries with the chicken and also givene a salad. It turns out that they charged me extra for the salad and given me fries I didn't want. The salad was wilted and not very good.The chicken wrap was very disappointing. Small amd without much chicken, it was way overpriced for what it was.The chicken was okay. We would have gotten more for our money just getting a rotisserie chicken at Metro or IGA. Not going back anytime soon.

(FROFRO REVIEWZ)Cuisine 7/10 the chicken was great but the fries were overcooked but still not bad (they offered to replace them) super nice(Chicken/chickenburger) good(Long Island ice tea) deliciousService 7.5/10Waitress was super nice and fastShe was also the barmaidHer long Island ice tea was good8/10Got food in 35-40 minAmbiance 8/10 - Love the decorations !! It gives the restaurant a facy feel to it and the music was not that bad .

First time there and I can honestly say it will be the last. No variety in beer my wife's mojito was just awful tasted like sprite, we order are food my ribs come completely cold, my wife got the wrong order they take back my ribs to re-do it and again comes cold no words to explain.

Ordered food twice within 3 days, food was missing both times. First time it was the ribs and extra bread in the chicken and ribs plate on a larger order so it wasn't so bad, this time the order was a burger and cheese sticks. The actual burger was missing. They sent only fries and cheese sticks in a big box. Just a big pile of fries and no burger.

Drove through for club sandwich and chicken filets meals.Awful customer service to start with..lady at the window was way too busy chatting with her fellow colleagues than welcoming me and paying attention. I did howver got her attention when it was time to pay.For the food, it was cold (beyond limits), the club" filled with unripe tomatoes (green tomato caps)...and the chicken filets...pinkish..not to say bloody orclearly not cooked enough.Very disappointing...for a brand like St Hubert andsure ain't what !it used to be. Not going there any time soon"

Just wanted to have a pint at the bar. Bar entrance roped off and about 30 people crammed into the entrance way waiting, with no masks in sight of course. Avoid
