After 2 years of lock down, I was filled with such anxiety.I just completed my Level 1 & Level 2 Usui Reiki. I had such a wonderful experience doing the Reiki I class. The minute you enter the studio, you feel calm and at ease, which really is a reflection of what taking the course felt like! Nasreen is so kind and really makes you feel comfortable and at home. I felt I was able to ask questions freely and she was always very informative and knowledgeable. The class moved along at a good pace, covering everything we needed to know and not feeling rushed. The first time we did a practice self-healing and I felt the Reiki flowing, it was amazing to say the least! Highly recommend.

Taking Usui Reiki Level 1 with Nasreen is one of the best things I've ever done. Being attuned to reiki, I feel a lasting sense of calm and peacefulness that I've never felt before. Nasreen is a great teacher and she continues to check in with you after the course is finished.

Nasreen was lovely. I told her I was new to reiki and she really took the time to explain things to me. Her home studio has a really calming atmosphere and she made me feel quite comfortable. She explained where she felt blockages. It was a relaxing experience and I left feeling excited to learn more about the modality.

I am new to Reiki. I believed that you had to be born with it to use it. Nasreen was very informative and really opened up my eyes to so many uses of Reiki. I am very grateful and happy that I have had an opportunity to be part of her class and use Reiki on myself and others.

It took a very long time for me to feel ready move forward with my Reiki practice and begin my Mastership training. The Universe really gave me a challenge with this pandemic, as it took me 3x months to complete this task. However, Nasreen worked with me the entire time, and made the less-than-24 hour stay in Canada a completely wonderful experience.I cannot thank her enough for her patience, wisdom, appreciation, and hospitality!! If you're looking for a Reiki Master Teacher to start your Reiki Journey with, you'll find an excellent and highly qualified one in Nasreen! <3

Nasreen is wonderful. She has a positive outlook and realistic. She really wants to help you heal and shift. Which means that we have to face the truth about our feelings, thoughts, surroundings and emotions.I met her in 2019, returned recently and plan on staying connected to be part of her community to learn more about Reiki.I recommend anyone seeking to shift into a positive mindset to visit her.SincerelyAmanda
